How To make Crab Meat Alma
1 Stick butter or margarine
1 Sm bunch chopped green onion
1/2 c Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 c Celery, finely chopped
1 cn (small) mushrooms, drained
3 T Flour
2 c Light cream
2 c Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c Sherry or vermouth, dry
Cayenne pepper Salt, to taste 1 lb White crab meat (or shrimp)
Melt butter in heavy saucepot. Saute vegetables until soft. Blend in flour and add cream. Heat until thickened. Add cheese and heat until it has melted. Add wine, cayenne pepper, and salt. Fold in crab meat or shrimp. Today on food for the soul, I will be showing you how to make a crawfish cream sauce, this sauce can be used on all kinds of seafood and steak. If you try it you want be disappointed. this sauce can be used on any kind see food and you can add any tip of sea food to the sauce. I really like using mine in fish and any kind of surf ant turf. If you really do like sea food then you will really love this sauce on just about anything like steak, seafood, potatoes, french fries and much or. so go on and give it a try you want be disappointed.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp of butter
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
1 small onion
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp of lemon juice
1 lbs of crawfish tails
1tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tsp of Old Bay
1 tsp of hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Seafood Macaroni Salad | I Heart Recipes
Hi friends! In this video I am making creamy Seafood Macaroni Salad:
For my Seafood Macaroni Salad I use large elbow macaroni pasta, and I add lots of shrimp and crab. Other than the seafood mentioned, I also use a combination of celery, onion, and sliced black olives. The dressing for this salad is a combination of mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, and seasonings. I like a lot of dressing in my salad, but if you don’t you can use less! Once everything is done, I usually cover up my Seafood Macaroni Salad, and place it in the refrigerator until it’s nice and cold. If you can, try making this pasta salad a day before. That way the flavors can marry each other overnight. The outcome is amazing!

0:28 - We’ll be using cooked shrimp for this recipe. Remove the shells from the tails.
0:35 - Chop the imitation crab meat.
0:45 - Prepare the macaroni pasta.
0:55 - Chop the celery.
1:03 - Chop the green onions.
1:10 - Add mayonnaise to a bowl.
1:15 - Drizzle in yellow mustard.
1:21 - Pour in lemon juice.
1:26 - Whisk until creamy.
1:35 - Sprinkle in Cajun seasoning.
1:39 - Sprinkle in Old Bay.
1:45 - Add cracked black pepper.
1:50 - Mix well.
1:54 - Add minced garlic.
1:57 - Mix well.
2:00 - Add the crab and shrimp.
2:05 - Mix well.
2:11 - Add the celery and green onions.
2:16 - Add sliced black olives.
2:22 - Fold the ingredients together.
2:27 - Drain and rinse the pasta under cool water.
2:35 - Add the pasta to the seafood mixture.
2:40 - Fold the ingredients together.
2:49 - Sprinkle in parsley flakes.
3:00 - Cover and refrigerate.
3:05 - Transfer to a serving dish.

Crab Curry | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
An authentic spicy crab curry has to be full of flavor with an abundance of mouth watering gravy. The crab meat is sweet and if prepared correctly the flavor of the gravy will infuse into the meat enhancing the deliciousness of the delectable and succulent crab meat.
Preparation of the crab:
2kgs crab ( XL Crab) Please ask your fish monger to cut and clean the crab and very importantly, to give the crab a bit of a bash, so the cracked shells allow the gravy to seep into the crab meat. Give your crab a thorough wash to remove any small pieces of shell.
Ingredients:
2 kgs Crab (Large or XL)
Half a cup of oil
2 tsp Mustard seeds
2 tsp Methi seeds
2 tsp of Crushed ginger & garlic
2tsp of Cumin/Jeera powder or roasted jeera seeds
2 Large onions
6 Green chillies
2 Stems of curry leaves
7 tbs of Masala (I used Nagiah's EveryDay Masala, Extra Hot. Alternatively, use a mix of 3 tbs Masala and 2 tbs chilli powder and dry spices).
8 large Tomatoes
2 to 3 tbs of Tamarind
1 bunch of Fresh dhania (coriander)
Cloves of garlic
Salt
Perima’s top tip: in a separate pot heat up some oil, fry fresh curry leaves ???? & then add 1.5 tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder. Drizzle all over the curry, simmer for 5mins & then garnish with fresh coriander.
