How To make Cream Of Avocado Lime Soup
1 15 oz. jar Cacique Brand Crema Centroamericana
12 ounces Cacique Brand Cotija cheese
crumbled
6 ripe avacados :
seeded
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic :
chopped
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons butter
6 cups chicken stock
salt and pepper :
to taste
Cook the onions in the butter until clear. Add the garlic, cilantro (reserve a couple of spoonfuls for garnish), cumin, and oregano and let cook for another 2 minutes. Add the meat of 5 avocados, lime juice, Crema Mexicana, and chicken s tock. Slowly bring to a boil. Lower flame and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool c ompletely before pureeing in a blender. Check for salt and pepper and lime. Ser ve with cubes of avocado, the remainder of the chopped cilantro and sprinkle wi th Cotija cheese.

Cold Avocado Soup Recipe
2 - avocados, cut into chunks
3 - stocks of celery, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon - lime juice (~half a lime)
chopped scallions
1 - clove of garlic
1 teaspoon - salt and pepper (season to taste)
1 cup - Water (more or less depending on the desired consistency)
Step 1
Add all ingredients to the blender and let it run! (Water and or Olive oil will help the blender run and achieve your desired consistency).
Step 2
Pour into a bowl and put into the fridge for about an hour to chill.
Step 3

Chick Fil A Copycat Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing Recipe
Full Recipe -
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
¼ cup lime juice
2 teaspoons lime zest
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup cilantro (packed)
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon mixed Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half vertically.
Now rotate the two halves in the opposite direction and separate them from each other.
Using a paring knife, remove the seed and discard it.
Now scoop out the avocado flesh using a large spoon and add it to the medium jar of a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients to the jar and blend to make a smooth dressing. Scrap the sides of the jar a few times while blending.
Add some water if the dressing is thick for your liking.
Check for salt and pepper and add more if needed.
The dressing is ready. Store it in a mason jar and use it as required. Make sure to shake or stir it well before using it.
Notes
This recipe will yield approximately 2 cups of dressing. You can easily half, double or triple the recipe.
If the avocado is even very slightly raw, it will taste very bitter. So be very careful while choosing it.
You can use fat-free sour cream or Greek yogurt, in place of regular sour cream and mayonnaise to make the dressing healthier.
Reduce the amount of garlic if you are not a fan of the garlicky flavor.
