Eggless Pancake (Without Maida) | Eggless Whole Wheat Pancake | Best Whole Wheat Pancakes
Make these Best Eggless Pancakes which are fluffy, light, soft and made with whole wheat flour. Complete detailed recipe with step by step photos & video:
It is difficult to guess that these pancakes are made without eggs and with whole wheat flour. They are fluffy and have a nice soft texture. With this recipe you can make one of the best pancakes with whole wheat flour and without eggs.
In the Eggless Whole Wheat Pancake Recipe, I have used organic stone ground whole wheat flour (atta). You can use any brand of whole wheat flour. If the wheat flour is ground in a mill, then do sieve the flour once or twice before using.
These eggless pancakes are lightly sweet and not very sweet or sweet. For sweet pancakes you can always add more sugar. You can even skip adding sugar for a sugar free pancake. For a healthier variation add jaggery or coconut sugar or palm jaggery. The recipe serves 6 pancakes and can be easily halved or doubled or tripled.
Serve eggless pancakes with maple syrup and a side of fruits. If using honey, then pour honey on the pancakes when they become warm. You can even use dates syrup or jaggery syrup. Chocolate lovers can use chocolate syrup to serve with these fluffy whole wheat pancakes.
INGREDIENTS FOR EGGLESS PANCAKE:
1 cup leveled whole wheat flour
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon leveled baking powder
¼ teaspoon true cinnamon powder (Ceylon cinnamon powder and not cassia cinnamon powder)
3 teaspoons sugar
1.5 cups milk or add as required to get a pourable medium consistency batter
1 tablespoon unsalted butter or oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or oil or add as required, for cooking pancakes

One of the Best Recipes for Cream of Wheat
Happy Saturday and welcome back to my channel. Today, I will be sharing a Youtube Short on the best recipe for making Cream of Wheat, which is WAY BETTER than oatmeal or grits! I want to give a special shout out to fellow Youtubers Evelyn Dominguez (Puerto Rican Cream of Wheat Farina) and Tammy Mills (How to make Cream of Wheat) for giving me the inspiration to make this dish.
Here are the ingredients and measurements:
12 oz of Nestle Carnation Evaporated Milk (I don't think the brand really matters)
12 oz of 2% Milk (or whatever milk of your choosing)
4 Tablespoons of Butter
1/2 Cup of Sugar (adjust this to your taste. Using less sugar wont hurt)
1 Teaspoon of Salt
A Few Drops of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup of Cream of Wheat
This recipe will make roughly 6 portions of Cream of Wheat. Feel free to try it out and let me know whether you like or dislike this recipe.
