How To make Creamy Avocado with Bacon Dip
1 ea Ripe Avocado
1 t Lemon Juice
1/2 c Sour Cream
2 tb Bacon; Crumbled, 2 strips,OR
2 tb Imitation Bacon Bits
1/4 t Onion Powder
1/4 t Hot Sauce
2 tb Cucumber; Finely Diced
Pit, peel, and mash the avocado with a fork. Blend in the lemon juice, blending well and then add the sour cream, blending well. Mix in all the rest of the ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Green Bell Pepper, Bok Choy, Celery, Pita Bread, Radishes, Aged Cheddar Cheese, Cheese Crackers

This lusciously creamy, (thanks to the ripe avocado) bursting with fresh lime, cilantro and jalapeño/Chili flavor dip is what you are going to want with every meal this week. Unlike store-bought creamy dips, this avocado dip is made with wholesome, plant-based ingredients. It is a dip you can feel good about!
Like guacamole, you can serve this as a party dip with chips, or dollop it onto any remotely Mexican-ish meal. You can also thin out the avocado dip so it becomes more of a sauce, which you can drizzle onto nachos or #iwon organic protein chips. Avocado Cream with Bacon and Tomato Crostini Recipe

Learn how to make this super delicious appetizer, using avocado, bacon and tomatoes and bread. To eliminate mess in the kitchen I used Reynolds Wrap Non-stick pan lining paper to line the pan used to roast the bacon. I love it.

INGREDIENTS
For the dressing
1/2 cup (120 ml) oil
1/2 cup (120 ml) water
1 cup (225 g) mayonnaise
1 medium (1 medium) avocado , peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
Zest of 1 lime
2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lime juice
1 cup (120 ml) chopped cilantro
2 cloves (2 cloves) garlic , minced
1 teaspoon (5 ml) black pepper
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) kosher or sea salt , or to taste
3/4 cup (75 g) freshly grated parmesan
1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) chili flakes
For the Salad:
Your favorite greens
Tomatoes , carrots, cucumbers, etc…
