Cheesy Baked Macaroni is a rich and delicious baked macaroni version. This makes use of a tomato meat sauce composed of tomato sauce, ground beef, bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Mornay sauce (also called white sauce is also used). This makes the dish more creamy and cheesy.
Baked Macaroni and Cheese Ingredients:
1 lb. macaroni
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Tomato meat sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 Knorr beef cube
1 small red bell pepper chopped
1 small green bell pepper chopped
1 small yellow onion cubed
3 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
1 lb. tomato sauce
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons cooking oil
White sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups fresh milk
½ cup quick melt cheese

-Beef undercut 350g
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 4-5 cloves
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Italian herbs 1 tsp
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 large
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Italian herbs 1 tsp
-Olper’s Cream 200ml (room temperature)
-Pasta water 1 Cup
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Red chillies sliced 2
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Olper’s mozzarella cheese grated 3-4 tbs
-Olper’s cheddar cheese grated 3-4 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Fusilli pasta boiled 250g

Directions:
-Cut beef into strips & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add beef,mix well & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Add paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,Italian herbs,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-In the same wok,add olive oil,garlic & sauté until light golden.
-Add tomatoes & mix well.
-Add paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,Italian herbs,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Let it cool & transfer the mixture in a jug.
-Add cream,pasta water & blend well.
-In the same wok,add olive oil,red chillies,onion & sauté for a minute.
-Add blended cream mixture,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,fresh parsley,boiled pasta,cooked beef & give it a good mix.
-Sprinkle fresh parsley,red chilli & serve!

ONE POT Creamy Tomato Beef Pasta
Beef pasta cooked with Italian seasonings in a creamy tomato sauce. The epitome of easy homemade comfort food with the convenience of one-pot cooking!

One Pot Creamy Beef Tomato Pasta
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 onion, finely chopped
500g/1 lb beef mince (ground beef)
2 tsp Italian herbs (store bought mix)
2 tbsp tomato paste
400g/ 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 1/2 tsp cooking salt/kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cups (1 L) chicken stock/broth, low sodium
350g/ 12oz fusilli, penne, elbow macaroni or other short pasta
3/4 cups thickened / heavy cream (heavy cream)
SERVING – parmesan
1. Using a large pot, heat oil then cook onion & garlic for 1 1/2 min. Cook beef until you can no longer see red, then add Italian herbs and cook for 30 sec (brings out flavour!). Cook tomato paste for 1 min.
2. Add canned tomato, stock, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Bring to simmer then add pasta. Once it comes back up to simmer, cook 13 – 15 min on medium high (it should be bubbling, like you are cooking pasta in water), stirring every now and then at the beginning and more towards the end as the sauce thickens so the base doesn’t catch. Reduce heat it needed.
3. Pasta should be just about cooked, but still saucy. Stir in cream, simmer for another minute. Still saucy! Ladle into bowls, garnish with parmesan. By the time you start eating, pasta will have absorbed most sauce but should still be OOZY!
