Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge Recipe Demonstration - Joyofbaking.com
Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge. I love chocolate fudge, and over the years I have collected quite a few recipes. One of my favorites is this smooth and creamy Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge, also known as Fantasy Fudge. This fudge is different than old fashioned chocolate fudge which is made from a mixture of sugar, butter, and cream that is cooked to the soft ball stage, cooled, and then beaten until creamy. This Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge simply involves boiling evaporated milk, butter, sugar, and marshmallow cream for just five minutes (a candy thermometer is not absolutely necessary) and then stirring in some dark chocolate, vanilla, and chopped nuts. So easy and so good. Perfect for gift giving.

In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I will show you how to make traditional fudge. This creamy old fashioned fudge recipe is so yummy. If you are a homemade fudge lover like me you have got to try this. I love all kinds of fudge, 3-ingredient microwave fudge, peanut butter fudge, cookies, and cream fudge, etc. My aunt gave this recipe to my mom in 1968, and I remember helping her make it when I was young. It is similar to a fantasy fudge. We always had it around the holidays. Creamy old fashioned fudge is more finicky than microwave fudge, but it tastes better to most people. If I can do it, you can do it. Let's get started and make some fudge from scratch!

White Chocolate Fudge with Sweetened Condensed Milk ????????|???? Easy 2 Ingredient Recipe
My white chocolate fudge with sweetened condensed milk recipe is easy and delicious! With just 2 ingredients, and a few optional ones, you can make an amazing dessert that's smooth, cool, and refreshing. This fudge is super simple: melt together white chocolate chip and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes. A bit of salt to balance out the flavors, as well as some vanilla extract to enhance the flavor, are recommended, but not necessary, so you only really need 2 ingredients to make this white chocolate fudge. And best of fall, it tasted amazing--honestly, it tasted like vanilla ice cream with a hint of white chocolate in the background. Although it was great plain, I'm sure it would be delicious with nuts mixed in or colorful sprinkles on top, too. If you're looking for an easy Christmas fudge recipe, or even one for Easter or Mother's Day, or perhaps a white recipe for a red, white, and blue dessert table for the 4th of July, this recipe would be perfect. ????????????
White Chocolate Fudge with Sweetened Condensed Milk Recipe Ingredients
11 oz white chocolate chips
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Optional:
