2½ pounds of potatoes Yukon gold

FOR THE POTATO SALAD DRESSING
¾ cup of vegan mayo
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 stalk (2 oz) of celery + ½ teaspoon celery seeds optional
½ cup of shallot
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 cup of fresh herbs dill, parsley, chives, or a mix of all
4 pickled cucumbers
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of paprika

• 2 pounds red potatoes, diced
• 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
• 1/2 red onion, diced
• 4 ribs celery, diced
• 4 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup minced fresh dill
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

1️⃣ 00:00:30 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add in diced potatoes and cook until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain well and rinse with cold water to cool.
2️⃣ 00:01:34 - In a large mixing bowl, add in cooled potatoes with bacon (optional), onion, celery, and eggs.
3️⃣ 00:01:02 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cider vinegar, dill, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ 00:02:02 - Pour dressing over potatoes and toss until combined and everything is well coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

30g (2 1/2 tsp) - Wholegrain Mustard
50ml (2 1/2 Tbsp) - White Wine Vinegar
1 - Shallot, Finely Diced
60ml (1/4 Cup) - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Creamy potato salad might be the perfect summer side!
Potato salad might just be the perfect summer side dish. BBQs, Picnics, parties, my easy creamy potato salad goes with them all!
This is actually my dads a recipe that I've been eating and making for over 30 years and we're using an unusual condiment in the sauce to give a little tang.

Salad cream is creamy and tangy salad condiment, primarily sold in the UK. You may be able to find it on the international aisle of larger grocery stores in the US. If you need to make your own Salad Cream then I have a recipe for homemade Salad Cream:
Ingredients:
5 medium-sized potatoes, I like red-skinned potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite-size chunks
½ small brown onion peeled and chopped very finely
6 tbsp full-fat mayonnaise
3 tbsp full-fat salad cream**
¼ tsp white pepper this is a must – it can’t be replaced with black pepper
Pinch of salt
To serve:
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives optional
Pinch of black pepper optional
Instructions
1. Place the potatoes in a pan and cover with cold water.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 7-9 minutes until tender.
3. Drain the potatoes and leave to cool.
4. Place the cooled potatoes in a bowl with the onion, mayonnaise, salad cream, half of the white pepper and the salt.
5. Stir everything together to combine.
6. Taste and add a little more seasoning if needed.
7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to a day) before serving.
8. Just before serving sprinkle with chopped chives and a little black pepper if you like.

Potato Salad Recipe Ingredients:
2 pcs potato
1 pc carrots
8 oz pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp white sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Potato Salad Recipe Cooking Procedure:
1. Peel the carrots and potatoes.
2. Cook carrots for 5-10mins and potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
3.Wash the cooked potatoes and carrots with cold or normal water to cool them down.
4. Slice or chop them into cubes.
5.In a bowl, add 1/2 cup mayonnaise (prefer lady's choice real mayonnaise.
6. Add 1tsp white sugar, 1/4tsp salt, 1/4tsp black pepper and 1tbsp minced onion, mix them well.
7. Add 8oz pineapple tidbits and 1tbsp pineapple juice.
8. Then, add chopped carrots and potatoes. Mix them well.
9. Chill in fridge for few hours and serve.
10. Enjoy eating!
