1 1/4 lb ground beef
28 can crush tomatoes
2 tbsp beef bouillon ( add a little at a time until you get the right taste)
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
thyme, rosemary, oregano
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 potatoes
1 tsp onion powder and garlic and herb seasoning
1/2 tsp dried thyme, pepper
enough water to get to the consistency you like
1 tsp wostichier sauce
1 tsp sugar

Cheeseburger Soup
This cheeseburger soup recipe puts all of the juicy flavors of your favorite burger into soup form. It is easily made, and full of vegetables, seasonings, ground beef, and broth. If you’re a fan of hearty soup recipes, you are going to love this one. It’s sure to hit the spot on a cold winter day.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
4 tbsp unsalted butter divided
1 medium white onion diced
3/4 cup carrots shredded
3/4 cup celery diced
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 large russet potatoes (about 3 cups) peeled and cut into bite size pieces
3 cup chicken broth low sodium
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 1/2 cup milk 2%
1/4 cup sour cream full fat
INSTRUCTIONS
In a 12 inch frying pan, thoroughly cook ground beef. Drain fat and set aside for now.
In a large 5-Quart pot with 1 tablespoon of the butter over medium-high heat, sauté onion, carrots, and diced celery with Italian seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper until onions have softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add in beef, potatoes, and chicken broth to the pot. Reduce heat to low, cover with lid, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
In a separate small frying pan, melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter over medium high heat and stir in flour until it starts to bubble, 2 minutes. Then add this mixture to the soup stirring well to mix.
Stir in cheese until fully melted.
Add in milk and bring back to a simmer. Then stir in sour cream until well mixed.
Remove from heat and serve hot.

- 32oz Beef Broth
- 28oz Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 Tbsp Beef Base

Today we are in the kitchen cooking a family favorite. The BEST Crockpot Cheeseburger Soup! This recipe is so easy to make and a quick dump and go Slow Cooker Recipe. This is the perfect dinner idea for school nights, weeknights, rainy days, and more. I could eat this soup any day of the week. It's that delicious.
-- Ingredients --
4 small potatoes diced
1 small white chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3 cups chicken broth
1 pound lean ground beef
3 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-- Directions --
* Dump potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, dried basil and parsley in crock pot. Pour chicken broth over vegetables. Cover with lid. Cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours OR on high heat 4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
* 45 minutes before serving, cook ground beef and drain. Pour cooked ground beef into crock pot. Wipe out hot pan with a paper towel then add butter. When butter is melted whisk in flour and cook until golden brown. Whisk in the milk, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into the crock pot and stir to combine.
Add the shredded cheese to crock pot. Stir again and cover with lid and cook another 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy :)
