How To make Crock Pot Soup
Ingredients
2-3
pound
chuck roast, cut in small chunks
5
each
potatoes, diced
5
each
carrots, diced
1
each
onion, diced
1
each
celery, stalk, chopped
1
each
rotel tomatoes, can
1
each
corn, small can
1
each
green beans, small can
1
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Put this all into the crockpot and turn on high until the mixture starts to boil. Turn on low and cook all day. Serve with hot corn bread.

Hello folks!
Tonight for tea we had this amazing creamy potato & ham soup! Not only was the super easy - it was absolutely delicious! Like a big hug in a bowl :) Perfect on it’s own but especially good with some crusty bread on the side. This is such a filling soup and the recipe goes a long way.

What I used - Serves 4-5 people
2 lbs (32 oz) Potatoes - washed and diced
1 Large stalk of celery - diced
1 Medium onion - diced
200g (7 oz) Sliced/diced carrots
700ml (25 oz) Chicken broth/stock
1 Teaspoon mustard - I used English mustard but Dijon would be perfect.
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon smoked paprika powder
1⁄2 Teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1⁄4 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
2-3 Bay leaves
200ml (7 oz) Double/heavy cream
2 Tablespoons cornflour/cornstarch
100ml (3.5 oz) Sour cream
400g (14 oz) Cooked ham
A handful of fresh parsley - chopped
