How To make Crockpot Lentil Kale Soup

kale or spinach or chard, chopped into 1/2 inch strips

onion, chopped

celery stalk, chopped

tomatoes, chopped

each
carrot, chopped

tablespoon
parsley, fresh, chopped

each
bay leaf (remove before eating)
1/4
teaspoon
thyme, ground
1-2
tablespoon
soy miso or worcestershire sauce
1

pepper, to taste

Directions:
Place the ingredients in a crockpot. Turn to low if leaving it for a long while.
Serves 4-6. Comes out thick, almost like a stew.
