onion, chopped

dry bread crumbs

whole tomatoes, chopped with juice
2
tablespoon
beef granules
1/2
teaspoon
seasoned salt
4
each
carrots, peeled, sliced
1
each
onion, sliced
1/4
cup
cold water
Directions:
Combine ground beef with chopped onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into about 24 meatballs, then brown in margarine. Drain well. Stire together tomatoes, water, beef granules and seasonings. Place carrots, potatoes, and sliced onion in bottom of crockpot, top with meatballs. Pour tomatoe mixture over all. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Before serving, remove meatballs with a slotted spoon. Make a smooth paste of the cornstarch and water and stir into vegetables. Cover and cook on high setting for 10 minutes to thicken. Add meatballs to stew and serve.

MEATBALL STEW, Slow Cooker, Crock Pot Meals
Learn how to make MEATBALL STEW using a SLOW COOKER in less than a minute. Lets get into it...
Ingredients:
1 18oz bag Frozen angus meatballs
16oz baby carrots
5 yellow potatoes, peel, dice
1 green bellpepper, dice
1 purple onion, dice
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
14.5oz can petite diced tomato
32oz beef broth
Execution:
Peel Potatoes, and small dice them. Dice the onion, and bell pepper too! Take 3 cloves of fresh garlic, and mince them...Then begin to layer into the crockpot in any order, I just chose to add meatballs, carrots, potatoes, onion, green bellpepper, petite diced tomato UNDRAINED, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried parley, and lastly, a full 32oz beef broth. Give this a stir. Cover with lid, and make sure the crock pot is plugged in, and choose your cooking setting.
Cook on LOW 8hrs
Cook on HIGH 6hrs

Meatball Stew
Ingredients
* Meatball mix
* 2.5 to 3 pounds of ground beef
* 3/4 cup of fine bread crumbs
* 1 Tbsp salt
* 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
* 1/2 tsp white pepper
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp dried thyme
* 1/2 tsp dried parsley
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 3 eggs
* 3/4 cup flour
* 3/4 cup butter
* 1 large onion chopped
* 1 bell pepper chopped
* 2 stalks of celery chopped
Directions
1. Add butter to a cast iron skillet, add flour and stir continuously over medium heat until dark reddish brown color. Remove from heat.
2. Add 3/4 of the chopped vegetables to the roux, mix and set aside (Save the remaining vegetables until later)
3. Add 2 quarts of water to a large pot, bring to a boil. Slowly stir in the roux and vegetables.
4. Combine the ingredients for the meatballs and mix thoroughly. Make about an 1.5 inch to 2 inch meatballs and add them to the stew
5. Cover and cook about 25 minutes at a simmer
6. Add the remaining vegetables to the stew, stir and cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes at a low simmer.
7. Server over rice.

Easy One Pot Meatball Stew:
Ingredients:
•20-30 meatballs
•3 tblsp olive oil
•1 cup carrots
•1 cup frozen green peas
•1 cup frozen chopped kale
•1 cup green cabbage
•5 cups chicken or beef broth
•1/4 cup flour
•2 chicken bouillon cubes
•greek seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper
•1 can beans in tomato and pork sauce
•1/2 cup sour cream
1) Fry meatballs in olive oil, until golden on each side. (1-2 min each side)
2) Add the vegetables and mix.
3) In a separate bowl whisk together your broth, and flour then pour into the meatball mixture. Mix
4) Cover and let simmer for 20-25min
5) Once cooked, add the canned beans and mix until well incorporated. Turn off the heat.
6) Mix in the sour cream for a little creamier consistency ???? done! Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

We absolutely love meatballs here at Slow Cooking, and this slow cooker meatball recipe is a Winner. It is simple to prepare, you can set this up in the morning and by dinnertime you have an amazing dinner ready for you and not to mention the beautiful smell that hits you when you open the door.
TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE
We have cooked the meatballs in the sauce so that all the flavour is kept in one place, if you prefer you can fry the meatballs before putting them in the slow cooker.
We purposely don't add salt and pepper to the list of ingredients because everyone's tastes are different, and you should add salt and pepper to your own taste. We added a pinch of salt and pepper to this recipe.
