1 tablespoon Peanut oil
2 Ancho peppers
1 Chipotle pepper or another
Smoked chili pepper 1 cup Beef broth
defatted
2 Onions :
finely chopped
2 pounds Chicken meat skinless and
Boneless :
in large chunks 40 milliliters Gatlic minced
2 teaspoons Cumin seed ground
1 teaspoon Oregano :
dried
1 teaspoon Thyme dried
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon :
ground
1 cup Dark beer
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
Salt to taste Fresh ground pepper to taste
In a heavy skillet,heat the oil until barely hot.Roast the pepper in the hot oil for 1 minute or less,just until they brown lightly.Remove the peppers from the oil and cool.Let oil remain in skillet.Stem and seed the cooked peppers,break into small pieces and grind in blender or spice grinder.. Bring the broth to a boil and add the ground chilies.Remove from the heat and allow to steep while you proceed with the recipe... Add the onion to the oil remaining in the skillet.Cook until lightly browned.Add the chicken and stir until the meat loses its raw look.Add the garlic,cumin,oregano,thyme and cinnamon,and stir for another 10 seconds.Add the broth chili mixture,beer and tomato paste.Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.Season to taste with salt and pepper.Adjust seasoning and serve immediately over warm rice and/or beans...Makes 6 servings....

This creamy white chicken chili recipe is slow-cooked with chiles, caramelized onions, beans, spices, and shredded chicken for a delicious, comforting soup. You may never eat regular beef chili again after trying this. It's that good.
White chicken chili, also known as white chili or chicken chili, is a hearty soup consisting of white beans, chiles, spices, and chicken. While there is no concrete history of the creation of this soup, many believe it to have originated in the Southwest region of the United States during the 1970s to 1980s. The flavors of chicken chili don't mimic that of a classical chili recipe due to the different ingredients used.
A traditional white chicken chili is thick using beans from the soup that are pureed and added back to it to give it thickness. It can also be thickened with a slurry or roux if need be. It is also commonly garnished with quite a bit of shredded cheese before serving. As with any soup recipe, more flavors will begin to marry and present themselves the next day after making it.

• 1-pound dry navy, cannellini, or great northern beans
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 peeled and medium diced yellow onions
• 1 whole roasting chicken
• 2 seeded and medium diced yellow onions
• 2 seeded and medium diced poblano peppers
• 2 seeded and medium diced jalapeños
• 2 medium diced ribs of celery
• 10 finely minced cloves of garlic

Ingredients for Chilli Chicken Recipe:
Boneless Chicken, (preferably thigh) cut into 1 inch pieces - 500 gms
For marination:
- Crushed Pepper - 3/4 tsp
- Salt- 3/4 tsp
- Cornflour- 3 tbsp
- All purpose flour (Maida)- 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce- 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Oil- 1 tsp
Sauces & Spice Powder :
- Dark Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
- Green Chilli sauce- 2 tbsp
- White Vinegar- 1.5 tsp
- Crushed Pepper- pinch or 1/4 tsp
- Salt- pinch
Other Ingredients:
- Garlic, chopped- 3 tsp
- Ginger chopped- 2 tsp
- Spring onion, white portion chopped- 3 tbsp
- Green chillies, thin slices- 3-4 nos
- Onion thick slices- 2 small onion ( 100 gms)
- Green capsicum thick slices- 1 medium ( 80 gms)
- Cornflour slurry- 1 tbsp cornflour mixed in 2 tbsp of water
- Spring onions, green tops- chopped for garnishing 3-4 tbsp
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Salt for seasoning
Preparation:
- Wash and cut the boneless chicken into 1 inch pieces.
- Marinate with the items indicated. Mix well and set aside for 30 mins.
- Chop the garlic, ginger and spring onions, thick slice the onions & capsicum (green pepper) and thin slice the green chillies.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces in a kadhai till golden in colour. ( total 4-5 mins)Remove and set aside
Process:
- Heat oil in a pan or skillet for deep frying. Drop the battered chicken pieces side by side in hot oil to not overcrowd the pan. Do not stir for 1 min.
- Fry these in hot oil on medium heat till light brown. This should take around 4-5 mins. Repeat for the next batch.
- Take a small wok or kadhai & heat 2 tbsp oil.
- Add the chopped garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds and add the white chopped spring onions.
- Stir it for 30 secs & add the diced onions & green chillies. Fry on medium heat for 1-2 mins and then add the capsicum slices.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper each.
- Sauté on medium heat for around 2 mins or less till they are still crisp.
- Add the fried chicken pieces and fry 1 min on medium heat.
- Now add all the sauces and mix well. Stir fry for 1 min on high heat.
- Add the cornflour slurry and mix well again. Add little water if required.
- Stir fry for 1 min & garnish with chopped spring onion greens.
- Mix and stir for 1 min on high heat and serve hot.

3 to 4 chicken breasts.
You can use oven roasted chicken ( shredded)
2 cans of Rotel ( undrained)
Small bag of frozen corn
2 Philadelphia cream cheese 8 oz each.
One to two cans black beans ( rinsed and drained.
1 tbsp. ranch powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Cook on low in crockpot 6 to 7 hours
