How To make Diabetic Thanksgiving Cheesecake
Ingredients

each
3 oz box any flavor, sugar free geletin
8
oz
light cream cheese
1
pk
d-zerta topping, whipped as pk directions
2
cup
graham cracker crumbs
22
pk
sweet n' low
7
tablespoon
margaine, from sticks
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in 1 c warm water. Set aside to cool. Mix together 6 pkg
sweet/low and graham cracker crumbs. Add melted margarine. Press 2 c of
crumb mixture firml;y into 9 x 13 pan. Reserve rest for top. Cream 16 pkg
sweet/low with cream cheese. Stir in prepared whipped topping. Pour mixture
over crust and sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Chill 3-4 hr. Also
freezes well. ( 37 calories per square), Makes 36 squares.

Cheesecake Recipe (sugar free, low carb)
Sugar Free, Gluten Free Cheesecake
Everyone I’ve made this for loves it and requests it for gatherings.
I’m cursing it currently because my pan spring form pan leaked all over the oven and caused issues today for my casserole making.
Crust
- 16 oz pecans
- 4 tablespoons grass fed butter
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit (erythritol or sugar substitute)
- blend well
- press into a spring form pan
- cover in cinnamon
- bake at 350 for 10 min
- remove and cool on wire rack
Filling
- 3 bricks cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup sweet we of choice
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- blend till smooth
- pour into crust
- bake at 300 for 1.5 hours
- turn oven off and wait for cake to fall in oven
- once it falls remove and cool in wire rack
Topping
- 2 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweetener
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- mix well by hand
- sprinkle cinnamon and cover cake
- layer topping center out
- place in fridge for 5 hours

I hope this keto layered dessert recipe reaches you before you make your thanksgiving dinner. I tried my level best but got a little. Sorry about that. But I wanted to get it out anyway.
