How To make Down East Fish Hash
***** NONE *****
1 sm Onion; diced
2 tb Melted fat
2 c Potatoes; cooked & diced
2 c Fish; cooked & flaked
1 ts Salt
Pinch of pepper 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c Evaporated milk; undiluted
2 Eggs; hard cooked, shelled
- and diced Simmer the onion in the melted fat for about 5 minutes. Add the potaoes, fish and eggs. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Add the Worcestershire sauce to the milk and stir into the fish and potato mixture. Cover and cook over moderate heat until hash is crusty and brown on the bottom. With pancake turner, turn the hash like an omelet and brown on the other side. Serve piping hot. An old-fashioned rule from the coast of Maine. From - THE LADIES AID COOKBOOK by Beatrice Vaughan. Googly-eyed Stubby Squid | Nautilus Live
The team spotted this Stubby Squid off the coast of California at a depth of 900 meters (2,950 feet). The stubby squid (Rossia pacifica) looks like a cross between an octopus and squid, but is more closely related to cuttlefish. This species spends life on the seafloor, activating a sticky mucus jacket and burrowing into the sediment to camouflage, leaving their eyes poking out to spot prey like shrimp and small fish. Rossia pacifica is found in the Northern Pacific from Japan to Southern California, most commonly seen up to 300m deep, but specimens have been collected at 1000m depth.

Hi guys! Welcome back! It's time to show you another recipe. So we are back on the East Coast for 6 weeks because Edward is here to help out with the #pandemiccrisis in Boston, Massachusetts. I am here to be with Edward and so that I could cook for him as well.
Since I have more time to focus on my Vlog and Blog (MyPurplePages.com), I decided to share recipes with ingredients that are not too hard to find especially these days when items or resources are not available.
#Cooking has been a huge help for me to keep me sane. This is also the best time to learn something new and I thought we should all learn together.
Today, I am going to share my version of #CornedBeefHashRecipe. I will also try to make it look fancy. FYI: I am surprising Edward with this dish because this is one of his favorites. The only thing is, he could hear me talking while I was recording this video haha.
Btw, here are the ingredients:
1 Piece Onion
Chopped Garlic
1 Medium Sized Potato
2 to 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Cooking Oil
A Can of Corned Beef
Optional: Parsley or Bell Pepper

Lebanese Spicy Coriander Potato Hash
This video is about how to make a traditional Lebanese dish called Batata Harra, a delicious, spicy coriander potato hash. Key ingredients are 4 large diced potatoes, 1 to 2 cups of chopped coriander, the juice of a half of lemon or lime, and salt/pepper to taste. Don't forget the GARLIC! I used about 4 cloves.
