LEMON PEPPER SEA BASS WITH WILTED SPINACH
1. Sea Bass
INGREDIENTS:
Sea Bass
Lemon Pepper
STEPS:
Season both side of fillets with lemon pepper
Bake at 425° for 25-30 min, flipping halfway through.
2. Wilted Spinach
INGREDIENTS:
Baby Spinach
Pine Nuts
Minced Garlic
Feta Cheese
STEPS:
Toast pine nuts in pan
Add garlic
Wash spinach and place in pan still damp
Cook until spinach has cooked down
Fold in feta cheese

One side of people says that only non-vegetarian foods are good during pregnancy as they have a lot of protein and other essential nutrients. On the other side, people believe that non-vegetarian foods should be completely avoided during pregnancy. But the truth is, non-vegetarian food is extremely good during pregnancy, and vegetarian food is equally healthy too. When it comes to cooking, it is very important to keep an eye on the way you cook. It is advised to completely avoid deep-fried foods. and if not, it is best to have them in very small quantities.
You can go ahead and have non-vegetarian foods up to 2 to 3 times a week, provided they are cooked well and not deep-fried. It is best to have non-vegetarian foods in the form of soups, steamed, or baked instead of deep-frying them.
