Healthy Shrimp and Asparagus stir fry #chinesecooking
Easy and delicious #chinesestirfry Shrimp and asparagus. Takes about only 15 minutes. It only requires a few ingredients. Try it.
Ingredients:
1-2 Tbs Oil
1/2 yellow onion chopped or shallots
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 lb peeled shrimp (seasoned with white pepper, salt and a tbsp cornstarch as thickening agent)
1 lb asparagus
1 Tbsp oystersauce
1/2 C water
Serve with Jasmine rice.....ENJOY

Ingredients:
- 1 Tilapia fish
- 2 medium tomatoes
-1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 medium onions
- 4 green chillies(optional)
- 2 garlic cloves
- ginger
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2tsp cumin powder
- 1/4tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp salt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water

1/4 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 Tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbs oyster sauce
1 1/2 Tbs hoisin sauce
1 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs olive oil plus more if needed
1 lb Jumbo shrimp
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion
1/2 chopped spring onions
2 clove garlic
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1 cup broccoli
3/4 cup carrots
water cashews, optional
2 whole eggs
14 oz already cooked starry noodles
1/2 tsp sesame seed oil

FAST Vegetable Stir Fry | EASY Chinese Veggies Recipe

LAY HO MA!! Stir fry's can literally be put together in minutes and they are absolutely delicious. Join me in this episode and learn how to cook a fast and easy vegetable stir fry in just 10 minutes! Let's begin
Ingredients:
4 cremini mushrooms
1/4 red onion
3/4 green bell pepper
3/4 red bell pepper
60g broccolini
1/2 cup baby corn
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black vinegar
splash of toasted sesame oil
drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
1. Quarter the cremini mushrooms. Roughly chop the red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces
2. To make the sauce, combine the hoisin sauce, both soy sauces, black vinegar, and toasted sesame oil
3. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Drizzle in some olive oil
4. Sauté the red onion and both bell peppers for a couple of minutes
5. Add the mushrooms and broccolini. Sauté for 3-4min
6. Add the baby corn and sauce. Sauté another couple of minutes, then plate and serve
