How To make Economy Waffles

Padan Coconut Waffles ( Edited Version )

Ingredients:

3 whole eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1.5 teaspoon French baking powder
3 Tablespoons Rice flour
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Pandan Extract
* If you like it more green go for 1 teaspoon

* If you have rice flour you can add 4 tablespoons for extra crunch. Just remember to add a little more of coconut milk if you add the rice flour. Make the coconut milk to 2 cups and Tablespoons

1.5 Cups fresh or frozen shredded Coconuts

2 packages of vanilla sugar

1 Tablespoon French Baking Powder or just regular baking powder

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons Palm Sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cups cold milk (1% milk, 2% milk, vitamin D, or whole milk

1.5 teaspoon pandan extract

2 Cups frozen or Fresh corn pods

Mixed well and let batter sits in Room temperature for at least 10-15 minutes that way the batter has time to activate.

Just make sure the batter is medium consistency( just like pan cakes consistency in thickness)

Used Melted Coconut Oil to brush on the waffles molding

Milk - 310ml
Sugar - 4 Tablespoon
Baking powder - 1 Tablespoon
