tomatoes, italian style, chopped, canned
Directions:
Cut up zucchini into about 1/2 to 1 inch pieces. Put into plastic lunch container. Add tomatoes. Mix. At work, microwave for 3-5 minutes, depending on amount and on how soft you like the zucchini.

Great alternative to the ratatouille | side dish vegetarian
This tomato and fennel ragout recipe is a great alternative to the famous French ratatouille. it is somehow similar dish but it using fennel and tomato as the star of the show. 400 grams fresh tomato or a can of chopped tomatoes
2 medium size fennel bulb
1 medium size aubergine
2 medium size onions.
4 tablespoon of chopped parsley
4 cloves of garlic
3 to 4 tablespoon of olive oil ( for the cooking)
Note if you tomatoes or vegetables don't render enough juice add a glass of water and some tomato sauce to add some color and moisture.
Cook covered with a lid on on low heat for 30 minutes or until the vegetable are totally cooked

Ein Rezept für ein Abendessen in einer Pfanne, so lecker, dass ich es sehr oft koche. Das ist das Lieblingsrezept meiner Familie. Für dieses Rezept kann jede Hühnchenportion verwendet werden, ändern Sie einfach die Garzeit im Ofen. Kochen Sie ein köstliches Abendessen in einer Pfanne, Hühnchen mit Kartoffeln, Karotten in Honig und Knoblauchsauce hat noch nie so gut geschmeckt. Dieses leckere Rezept wird Ihnen bestimmt gefallen. Viel Spaß beim Kochen!
Zutaten:
5 Hähnchenschenkel
1 TL Oregano
Salz
Schwarzer Pfeffer
4-5 Kartoffeln
12 Babykarotten
2 EL Olivenöl
1 EL Butter
1 Zwiebel
4 große Knoblauchzehen
Handvoll Petersilie
Ofenfeste Pfanne
90 ml Honig
100 ml süße Chilisauce
2 EL Zitronensaft
3 EL Sojasauce
2 EL Zitronensaft
3/4 EL Dijon-Senf
Backofen auf 200 °C vorheizen
25-35 Minuten bei 200°C, Ober-/Unterhitze kochen
Salat:
1 Gurke
100g Salat (Ich empfehle auch die Zugabe von Basilikum)
125g Mozzarella
1 Avocado
200g Kirschtomaten
Saft von 1/3 Zitrone
Salz nach Geschmack
Schwarzer Pfeffer
Olivenöl
