BBQ Pulled Pork | Oven cooked
How to cook perfect BBQ Pulled Pork in the oven.
This recipe is delicious cooked low and slow
What will you need?
1.5kg Skinless Pork Shoulder
Dry Rub -
LIQUID SMOKE ( check internet )
4 tsp of SMOKED Paprika
1 tsp Mustard Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
2 tbls Brown Sugar
For the BBQ Sauce -
1 tbls Dark Treacle
1 Bottle of good quality Tomato Ketchup
4 tbls Worcestershire Sauce
Chipotle Tabasco Sauce
2 tsp English Mustard
2 Oranges
4 tbls Apple Juice
4 tbls Apple Cider Vinegar
Bourbon ( Jack Daniels )

You can't beat the hearty, smokey flavor of these delicious pork chops! Oven Baked Barbecue Pork Chops are a simple, delicious dinner perfect for those busy weeknights.

0:30 - Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops.
0:35 - Rub the oil into the pork.
0:40 - Sprinkle on seasoning.
0:45 - Rub in the seasoning.
0:55 - Place the pork chops into a prepared bake dish.
1:06 - Place chopped onion on top of the pork.
1:14 - Cover and cook for 25 minutes.
1:23 - Drizzle on barbecue sauce.
1:33 - Spread out the barbecue sauce.
1:36 - Cook, uncovered, for an additional 15 minutes.
1:50 - Place onto a platter.
2:00 - Garnish with parsley flakes.

Pork Season
Two small packs of Easyspice pork season
One tablespoon of Maggi All purpose
6-7 Cloves of Garlic
Two Tablespoon of grated ginger
1/2 or 1 Whole Onion
6-8 Pimentos
Handful of dried thyme
One scotch bonnet paper
Honey Barbeque Sauce
6-8 Tablespoon of barbeque sauce or enough to coat the pork
3 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 Tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
The remainder of the pork marinade.
The pork baked for a total of 2hrs at 180 degrees Celsius,the chops were thick.
If you wish to cut the cook time use smaller/ thinner slices of pork????

I'm going to show you the process, and then share some tips with you on what makes this crackle so awesome.
