This oatmeal is a family favorite of ours. My husband and kids LOVE this time of year when I bring back the pumpkin spice flavored oatmeal!!!

INGREDIENTS I USED:
1 Cup Quaker Oats Quick 1-Minute Oatmeal
2 Cups Water
1/2 Tsp Salt or more
3 Tablespoons of Butter
1/2 Cup of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Cup or More of Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
1 Teaspoon or more Vanilla Extract

This is my absolute favorite, no-nonsense oatmeal recipe. It's so easy to make, and the best part is, I always make 4 at a time, so it saves me on so many occasions. Even great to use as just an on-the-go meal anytime. When I was going through radiation, this recipe kept me feeling great, so I have a soft spot for it. ???? Recipe PDF here

Cheri’s Favorite Apple Carrot Oatmeal
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
2 cups rolled oats, divided in 1/4s
4 tablespoons dried currants, divided in 1/4s
4 tablespoons goji berries, divided in 1/4s
4 tablespoons ground flaxseed, divided in 1/4s
2 apples, chopped, divided in 1/4s
1 orange, chopped, divided in 1/4s
4 tablespoons shredded carrots, divided in 1/4s
4 tablespoons walnuts, chopped, divided in 1/4s
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided in 1/4s
(To serve) 4 cups unsweetened plant milk, divided in 1/4s
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients, except the milk, into large mason jars and cover. (Or add the milk if you like overnight oats). Store in the fridge until ready to use. To serve, add 1+ cup plant milk and eat! Or warm gently on the stove or in the microwave to your liking.
Baked Oatmeal | Cozy Breakfast
Today I'm sharing my mom's Baked Oatmeal recipe. It's hearty, comforting, and customizable. Baked oatmeal is great to make ahead for a busy morning or for entertaining. Enjoy!
Baked Oatmeal
2 c. old fashioned oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. applesauce
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375*. In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, baking powder, brown sugar, and raisins. Add in the milk, applesauce, beaten egg, and melted butter and stir to combine. Grease an 8x8 glass baking dish. Pour the oatmeal mixture into the baking dish. Bake at 375* for 20-25 minutes until set in the middle. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. ENJOY!

Oatmeal, A New Family Favorite
Never underestimate the abilities of a young child. My grandson, who is six, wanted to make his famous oatmeal while visiting with us. His Nona said, “Why don’t we have papa film you making it.” I have to admit, I was surprised at his cooking talent; you must try this dish to really appreciate the taste.

Recipe
2 cups of your favorite berries
3 cups of water
1-2 tbls of brown sugar
2 cups of rolled oats
Place all the ingredients in a pan
Turn on high heat until the liquid starts to boil
Turn heat down to a simmer for 20 minutes
