4 Lamb chops, thick
4 Swiss cheese slices
1 Onion, sliced
Use twice the amount of rib or loin chops in place of thick ones. Broil chops until brown, turn and broil on other side. Trim cheese to chop size. Place onion and cheese slices on each chop. Broil until cheese begins to melt.

In this video, we'll show you how to make an impressive holiday dinner entree. We first rub lamb chops with dried rosemary, basil, and thyme. The chops hang out for 15 minutes to absorb the flavor of the herbs and then are quickly seared in a pan. To drizzle over the chops, we'll make a super easy and highly flavorful sauce out of balsamic vinegar, shallots, and chicken broth. We'll finish it off with a bit of butter for extra creaminess. ►5 plump garlic cloves, pressed
►4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
►2 Tbsp fresh parsley, plus more for garnish (or use 2 tsp dried parsley)
►2 tsp Tabasco original red pepper sauce
►1 tsp salt, we used sea salt
►1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
►1/4 tsp dried thyme

Surprise your guests this Christmas with recipes as delicious as these Lamb Chops with Pistou
INGREDIENTS
6 Lamb chops
½ Bunch of chives
½ Bunch of basil
½ Bunch of parsley
½ Bunch of rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
35 g Butter
3 Apples
100 ml Water
15 ml Vinegar
DIRECTIONS
1. Grind herbs with olive oil and a pinch of salt in a food processor, until you
have a paste similar to pesto. It’s time to cook apples.
2. Dice them and place them in a pot with water, butter, vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 10 minutes until they are tender.
3. Season lamb and sear them in a grill, 2 minutes each side.
4. Serve chops with our pesto sauce all over and with the apple garnish.
