How To make Fettuccine Alfredo (Prince)
Ingredients

fettuccine
1/2
cup
butter, or margarine
1
cup
cream, heavy, or light
1 1/2
cup
parmesan, grated
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1
pepper, white, dash
1
romano cheese to taste
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. While fettuccine cooks, heat butter or margarine and cream in a small sauce pan until butter melts. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Keep warm over low heat. Drain fettuccine, return to pan, pour sauce over noodles, toss gently until noodles are well coated.

This week, we're whipping up a big ol batch of the indulgent (heavily Americanized) Italian classic pasta al burro. Which I mistakenly thought meant pasta with butter - turns out, it's pasta with butter AND cheese. As Michael Scott would say: Wikipedia is the best thing ever. One Pot Alfredo Pasta Recipe:
Butter - 1 tbsp (15 g)
Garlic - 5 cloves
Water - 1 ½ Cups
Milk - 2 Cups
Dried Parsley - ½ tsp (3 g)
Dried Oregano - ½ tsp (3 g)
Dried Basil - ½ tsp (3 g)
Spaghetti - 230 g
Salt - 1 tsp (5 g)
Nutmeg - ¼ tsp (1 g)
Cream - ½ Cup
Cheese - ⅔ Cup
For Garnish
Whole Black Pepper (crushed) - ½ tsp (3 g)
Parsley - 1 tbsp (15 g)
Instructions:
1. Heat a large saucepan on a low flame and add the butter. Once foaming, add the garlic.
2. Once fragrant, add the water and milk.
3. Once it comes to a simmer add the dried herbs and stir.
4. When the mixture starts to boil, add in your pasta, along with salt.
5. Stir to ensure even cooking.
6. As the pasta cooks, the liquid in the pan should reduce and slightly thicken.
7. Once the pasta is 90 percent cooked, and in the cream and stir.
8. Turn the flame off and add in your cheese while mixing thoroughly.
9. Garnish with crushed black pepper and chopped parsley
Cooking Tips:
1. Do not let too much of the liquid evaporate as the sauce will thicken greatly after adding the cream and cheese. More liquid prevents the sauce from getting to thick and clumpy.

THE ASSASSIN PASTA
Ingredients:Crushed San Marzano tomatoes
Spaghetti
Chili peppers
Salt
Garlic
Tomato paste
Olive oil
Cast iron pan
Instructions: begin boiling a pot of water and add a couple big squirts of tomato pasta too it. On your cast iron pan, drizzle olive oil and add a few cloves of fine chopped garlic. Cook until it starts to become golden brown, then add your chopped chilis. Cook for another minute or two and stir. Add the tomatoes. Add some salt. Add the pasta in a group, and keep it in the same spot the whole time you cook it. Slowly add spoon fulls of the tomato pasta water. Continue cooking the pasta until it becomes hard to move with a spatula. Taste the pasta to check if it’s ready. Continue adding water until it’s cooked. You want to form a burnt crust under the pasta. THATS IT. BUON APPETITO BETCH
