1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1 tablespoon crushed red chiles
4 cups water
6 cups canned kidney beans :
drained
HEAT SUET IN A DUTCH OVEN, OVER A MEDIUM-LOW FLAME HEAT AND STIR UNTIL PARTIALLY RENDERED AND LIGHTLY brOWNED ADD BEEF, GARLIC, CHILE POWDER, PAPRIKA, SALT, PEPPER, CUMIN, AND RED PEPPER FL AKES HEAT AND STIR FOR 8-10 MINUTED TO brOWN BEEF REDUCE HEAT, COVER, AND SIMMER FOR 2 HOURS ADD WATER, COVER, AND SIMMER FOR 90 MINUTES, STIRRING OFTEN ADD BEANS AND SIMME R, UNCOVERED, FOR 15-30 MINUTES SERVE HOT

1-2 tsps beef bouillon powder
4-6 oz mexican beer
1 onion and bell pepper
2 jalapenos
1 can chipotle peppers in adobo
2-3 tbsps cocao powder
1 tbsp cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can light and dark red kidney beans
2-3 tbsps brown sugar
2 tbsps honey
1 tbsp roasted garlic
Toppings:
cilantro or chives, sour cream, cheddar cheese, fried onions, sliced jalapenos

Firehouse chili ????????????| best recipe
*Grocery list:
2 cans chili beans
1 & 1/2 cans green chile
1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce ( 2 scoops)
1 can rotel (Hot)
1 large can diced tomatoes
Ground turkey (3 lb package)
1 can beer
1 whole yellow onion
2 fresh jalapeño peppers
2 fresh ghost peppers
1 fresh habanero pepper
2 tbs Red pepper flakes
2 tbs minced garlic
2 beef bouillon cubes
*Homemade chili seasonings: 2 tbs each
Chili powder
Paprika
Seasoning salt
Mexican oregano
Mexican cumin
Cracked black pepper
Sauté diced onion and all peppers with 3 tbs olive oil add 2 tbs red pepper flakes add 2 tbs minced garlic sauté together for 5-6 mins add ground turkey and brown for 5 mins
Add all seasonings, rotel, green chilies, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, half can of large can of diced tomatoes, beer, 2 beef bouillon cubes and 2 cups water. Simmer on low/medium for 1 hour check at the 30 minute mark. Finish cooking.
Toppings:
Fresh shredded cheddar cheese
Diced red onion
Sour cream
Cornbread muffins
