Making Five Pounds of Chocolate Fudge
One of my annual Christmas traditions...making 5 pounds of fudge. A fairly easy recipe with various chocolates, marshmallows, evaporated milk, butter, sugar, and vanilla (not seen in the video). Pour into a pan and let it cool. I usually cut into rectangles and store in the fridge for consumption and holiday gifts.
Simple Chocolate Fudge (Classic Version) - Joyofbaking.com
Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Simple Chocolate Fudge. If you find the old fashioned method of making fudge daunting, you will love this rich and creamy Simple Chocolate Fudge recipe. It side steps the boiling of sugar syrup and instead, all you need to do is melt semi sweet chocolate with a little butter and sweetened condensed milk. Finish it off by stirring in some vanilla extract and chopped nuts and you are done.

Five Minute Fudge
A super easy fudge recipe. For when it is dark and dreary. Sorry for the lighting folks, it was dark and dreary.
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 lb Chocolate Chips (must be chips, not pure chocolate)
4 tblspoons Butter
Melt all together over medium heat. Pour into silicone pan. Cool until hardened (8 hours), and enjoy!
Creamsicle Fudge
On my word, y’all!! This fudge is absolutely the best!!! If you love orange, you will love this too. It only takes a few ingredients to make this delicious treat, so go make you some today!!
Creamsicle Fudge
3- cups granulated sugar
1-1/2 sticks of butter, at room temperature
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 package, 12oz white chocolate chips
1 7oz jar marshmallow cream
3 tsp orange extract
5 drops yellow food coloring
3 drops red food coloring
Line 8x8 inch pan with wax paper and leave some over the edges, you’ll use these edges for handles later. Slice the butter and add to a medium saucepan. Add the granulated sugar and evaporated milk. Melt and stir together and bring to a rolling boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat and add marshmallow cream and white chocolate chips and mix well. Take out about 1 cup of the mixture and set aside. Add the orange extract and food colorings. Mix well and pour into your prepared pan. Add the cup of the reserved mixture and with a butter knife swirl the two mixes together. Don’t over mix, you want the fudge to have a swirled appearance. Cool in the fridge for a couple of hours. Remove from the pan using the wax paper handles and place on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut into roughly 1 inch pieces. Keep leftover fudge in an airtight container in the fridge. This will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. Enjoy!!

Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe Demonstration - Joyofbaking.com
Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Peanut Butter Fudge. Peanut Butter Fudge is a simple enough recipe; just a mixing together of butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and confectioners' (powdered or icing) sugar. I love how this type of fudge is so much faster and simpler to make than the old fashioned fudge which involves using a candy thermometer. You might want to include this candy in your Christmas baking as it makes a large batch and can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for about a week.
