How To make Flame Toasted Whole Wheat Tortillas
6 Whole-Wheat Tortillas -
-Butter (optional) Flavored Oil -or- Melted Keywords: Breads, Vegetarian, Vegan, Lacto, Southwest If you haven't tried flame-toasted wheat tortillas you're in for a treat. Like toast they can be topped in endless ways. Place a tortilla directly over a medium high gas flame, or place on a cookie rack set over an electric burner. Toast until surface becomes lightly flecked with char, about 10 to 20 seconds, and tortilla begins to fill with steam. Turn over and toast the other side. A perfect tortilla will fill with steam and puff up if it has no tears or holes. If desired, brush tortilla with oil or butter. Place in a towel-lined basket while toasting the remaining pieces. 3 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of grated coconut

Ingredients:
For Whole wheat Tortillas:
-1 cup Whole wheat flour
-1/2 cup All purpose flour(Maida)
-2 tbsp Milk powder
-Salt as per taste
-2 tsp Oil
-Lukewarm water
For Enchiladas sauce:
-2 tsp Olive oil
-2 tsp All purpose flour(Maida)
-3-4 Garlic Cloves minced
-1 onion chopped
-2 tomatoes chopped
-1/2 tsp Oregano
-Salt as per taste
-1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
-1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
-1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
-1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
-200 mlVegetable stock/ Hot water
-1/2 tsp Sugar
For stuffing:
-2 tsp Olive Oil
-1 tsp Chopped Garlic
-1 onion chopped
-1 cup Boiled Rajma
-1/4 cup boiled Sweetcorn
-1/2 cup Mixed bell peppers
-1 cup chopped Spinach
-Salt as per taste
-1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
-1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
-1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
-Mozarella & Processed cheese

Homemade Corn Tortillas (no flour)
Just pour eggs on the tortilla and the result will be amazing! Simple and delicious

Pour water in the bowl
Dip a tortilla in the water
Place in a pan
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Mix well
Pour in the pan
Add chopped parsley
Add crushed pepper (optional)
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Dip another tortilla into the water
Place that tortilla on top
Cook for 5 minutes on low heat
Flip over
Spread 2tbsp tomato sauce on top
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Salami
Add some sliced tomato
Spinach
Salt
Mozzarella cheese
Cook for another 5 minutes
Done!

My Favorite Flatbread for Kebabs - Soft and Leavened Lavash
Lavash is one of my favorite breads because it's so easy to make with just a large pan and staple ingredients. It's great for breakfasts, for quick sandwiches, wraps but most importantly for kebabs.
I've made video for a no yeast, easy version of lavash (link to the video below) and today we are making the leavened version which is soft, chewy, little bit fluffy and absolutely perfect for making a wrap with your favorite kebabs.
