How To make Foolproof Chocolate Fudge

packages semi sweet chocolate chips
14
oz
can eagle brand sweetened milk
1
salt (dash)
3/4
cup
nuts, chopped (optional)
1 1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Directions:
MICROWAVE in glass bowl or 1 quart measuring cup combine chips with sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on full power (high) 3 minutes. Stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. (Line bottom and up sides for easy removal) Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto board, peel off wax paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature
CREAMY DARK FUDGE: Melt 2 cups of miniature marshmallows with chips and milk. Proceed as above.
milk chocolate FUDGE: Omit one (6 oz) package semi sweet chips. Add 1 cup milk chocolate chips. Proceed as above.
CREAMY milk chocolate FUDGE: Omit 1 (6 oz) package semi sweet chips. Add 1 cup milk chocolate chips and 2 cups miniature marshmallows. Proceed as above.
MEXICAN FUDGE: Reduce vanilla to 1 teaspoon. Add 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to sweetened milk. Proceed as above.
BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE Omit chocolate chips and vanilla. Melt 2 (12 oz)packages butterscotch chips with sweetened milk. When chips a melted, stir in 2 tablespoons white vinegar, dash salt, 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring and 1 cup chopped nuts. Proceed as above.
Makes about 2 pounds.

All you need is:
1 tin (397g) condensed milk
400g white chocolate
400g Dairy Milk Caramel (150g melted into the mix, 150g folded through the mix, 100g for the topping)
Tin size: 8x8”
You could use milk chocolate instead of white chocolate if you prefer, just reduce the amount to 300g ????

Ingredients
Dark Chocolate - 450 Gms
Unsalted Butter - 2 Tbsp
Condensed Milk - 350 Gms
Cashew Nuts - 1/2 Cup
Badam - 1/2 Cup
Pistachios - 1/4 Cup
Raisins
Water
Method:
1. Dry roast cashewnuts, almonds, pistachios in a pan for about 2-3 mins on a low flame.
2. Roughly chop them and keep them aside.
3. Boil enough water in a saucepan and place a large bowl over it.
4. Put dark chocolate in the bowl and add butter to it.
5. Add condensed milk and mix everything with a spatula until all of it is melted fully.
6. Remove the bowl from the saucepan once the chocolate mixture is thickened.
7. Add roughly chopped nuts and raisins to the chocolate.
8. Mix well until it is all well ccombined.
9. Grease the tin with some butter and line it with silver foil.
10. Transfer the chocolate mixture to the tin and spread it out evenly.
11. Let it sit aside to cool down to room temperature.
12. After that, cover the tin totally with the silver foil and let it set for 3-4 hours.
13. Refrigerate for a hour post 4 hours if you want the chocolate to harden at bit.
14. Remove the silver foiled chocolate from the tin and cut the chocolate into small pieces.
15. Yummy and rich chocolate fudge is ready to be served. Store it in an air tight container.

Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe
This is the easiest recipe you can get for an homemade chocolate fudge. It takes only 5 to 10 minutes, no cooking involved just some chocolate melting and the result is smooth, creamy and ... chocolaty. The main ingredients are sweetened condensed milk and chocolate. You can make a lot of variations by using coffee, nuts, fruits, lavender, orange or lemon zest, and the list can go on.
Ingredients:
Makes about 9-12 servings
14 oz (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
10 oz (300 g) bittersweet chocolate (minimum 55% cacao)
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped, optional
orange or lemon zest, optional
dried fruits, optional
Directions
1. Line a 8X8 inch baking pan with foil. Break or chop the chocolate into small chunks.
2. Place the chocolate and condensed milk in a double base saucepan, over low heat, stirring occasionally. Once melted add vanilla extract, cocoa powder and pinch of salt and stir well to combine. Add orange or lemon zest and fruits if used.
3. Remove from heat and transfer to the prepared baking pan. Press the toasted nuts over the top.
4. Let it chill in the fridge for about 1 hour until set, and cut into squares.
