How To make Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge
3 (6 ounce) pkg. semi-sweet
-chocolate chips (3 cups) 1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand
-sweetened condensed milk 1 ds Salt
1/2 To 1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
FROM: Irene Wurz In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with Eagle Brand, and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into a wax paper lined 8 or 9" square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board and cut into squares. MICROWAVE instructions: In 1 quart glass measure, combine chips with Eagle brand and salt. Cook on 100% power (high) 3 minutes or until chips melt, stirring after each 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Proceed as above.

1 Minute Chocolate Frosting Recipe in grams and cups:
- 400 gr Powdered Sugar (3 1/4 cups)
- 80 gr unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2/3 cups)
- 150 gr Softened Butter ( 1 1/3 sticks)
- 100 gr Boiling Water (1/3 cups + 1 1/2 tbsp)
- 60 gr Melted Dark Chocolate 75% cocoa ( 2 ounces)
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Old fashioned fudge recipe without sweetened condensed milk or marshmallows. With basic ingredients and technique you can make fudge the way your grandma's grandma made it! Recipes for vanilla and chocolate fudge

INGREDIENTS
2 cups sugar
1 cup whole milk
½ cup evaporated milk
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium saucepan combine sugar, whole milk, evaporated milk and salt. Heat over medium and stir constantly until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium low and cook until mixture reaches 240F/116C on a candy thermometer. Stir frequently to prevent burning. If you do not have a candy thermometer, drop some of the mixture into cold water. If a soft ball forms, it is ready. If you would like a firmer fudge, cook a few minutes longer. In total it should take about 30 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add butter but do not stir. Allow the mixture to cool in the pot until the butter is melted and the bottom of the pot feels very warm to touch but not hot.
Add vanilla and beat vigorously with a spoon until the fudge begins to thicken and lose its gloss. Quickly spread onto the parchment lined baking sheet to form a slab of your desired thickness. Cool for 2-3 hours before cutting into squares. Fudge tastes best a day or two later.

Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge - Smooth, Crunchy, and Salty
This fudge recipe is yet another super simple, quick, and easy recipe to follow. There are some hints of saltiness, as well as subtle crunchiness from the walnuts. Enjoy!
Ingredients
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
Dash of salt
1 cup walnuts, shelled and chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Using low heat, melt chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk and salt in a saucepan. Combine the mixture. Once melted, remove from heat, and add vanilla extract and walnuts. Stir everything together. Spread evenly into a square pan, covered with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Then flip your fudge, remove the parchment paper, and cut into squares.
