How To make French Toast with Brandied Lemon Butter
4 Eggs
2 tb + 1 ts sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Whole milk
1/4 ts Vanilla extract
12 Thick slices of bread that
-Have been cut and left out -Overnight to dry out Butter Powdered sugar, optional
Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Dip bread slices in liquid and fry in skillet until set.
Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.

What's up foodies? Today I will be teaching you guys how to make this super dope and easy recipe. These Lemon Blueberry French Toast thingys are amazing, and I know you all will enjoy them too!
Blueberry Sauce:
2 Cups Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)
2-3 TBSP. Unsalted Butter
1 Cup of whiskey or brandy
2 TBSP. Lemon Zest
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
*Optional* 1 Tsp. Vanilla

Mixed Berry Pancake-French Toast Bake
Delicious for breakfast or brunch!
Ingredients:
Make 2 batches of pancakes (about 14 or more depending on you pan)
1 cup mixed berries
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 TBS vanilla extract
For the crumble mix that goes on top:
5 or 6 TBS butter
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup or more of pecans (or walnuts)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Cut pancakes in half and place in a baking dish with the cut side down. Place berries all over the dish, tuck some in between the pancakes.
Mix together the eggs, milk, cream, sugar and vanilla until well combined and pour it over the pancakes and berries. Let it set for 2 hours or overnight (I like to let it set overnight)
After it’s set for a while…. in a bowl add butter, flour, pecans, cinnamon and salt. Mash it together well and crumble it over the pancake bake. Bake it at 350 for about 1 hour.
Serve it with maple syrup and powdered sugar if you like!
