1/2 c Fresh red or green chillies 1/2 c Chopped fresh mint 1 tb Lime or lemon juice 1 ts Chopped fresh ginger Salt Wash and dry the chillies. Cut off the stalks and chop. Mix all the ingredients together about 15 minutes before serving. Warning this one is for fire eaters only!!!

Ingredients:
Fresh Red chilli - 250gm(cayenne pepper) Lemon juice - 3tbsp Garlic - 20-30 cloves Salt - 1.5 tsp or to taste Methi / fenugreek seeds - 1tsp Cumin seeds /jeera - 1tsp Mustard seeds - 1tsp Curry leaves- 8-10 Hing/asefoetida - 1/2 tsp Oil - 3-4tbsp
