Recipe: Chocolate Fudge REDUX!
Ok, so the first batch of fudge didn't turn out all that well so I've got another recipe I'll be whipping up with much better results. Hope you enjoy! Recipe is below:
NOTE: I did place in fridge to chill. When I took it out of the fridge and cut it, the firmness was great! When it comes to room temperature, it holds up very well!
Chocolate Fudge
3 cups chocolate chips (or flavor of choice)
1 14-oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
Add these to a double-boiler and slowly melt. If you do not have a double-boiler, you can make your own with a pot of water and a bowl set on top.
Prepare an 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray, butter, or parchment paper.
Pour the melted and mixed milk and chips into the prepared pan. Smooth out to even it out.
Chill in fridge. Cut into squares.
