Mr Black was founded in 2013 by Multi-Award-Winning-Distiller Philip Moore & Designer-Turned-Coffee-Snob Tom Baker. The two shared a common belief that coffee (when done well) is delicious, drinking a lot is fun, and we should put those 2 together more often. But Mr Black has always been more than a coffee liqueur - it represents a commitment to ethical sourcing, quality production, & a tastier future for coffee after dark.

DARK N' STORMY RUM & GINGER BEER COCKTAIL // Irish Girl makes Cocktails at home | Ciara O Doherty
On todays episode of Cocktails with Ciara, we're making a Dark n' Stormy rum cocktail! The Dark and Stormy is a popular dark rum based summer cocktail, and it's also the unofficial drink of Bermuda. The Dark and Stormy is one of the few cocktails in the world that has been officially copyrighted by Goslings Black Seal Rum, so legally if you want to call it a Dark n' Stormy, you need to use Goslings rum in it! If you're making it at home and don't have any Goslings, any full bodied, aged dark rum will do nicely, and you'll also need some ginger beer, lime and lots of ice!
Products used:
Gosling's Black Seal Rum, 70cl

Irish Coffee/ How to Make the Perfect Jameson Irish Coffee
Irish Coffee/The Perfect Irish Coffee
#stpatricksday #irishcoffee #atasteofhome
Hi guys, welcome to Marks Home Kitchen, where I usually cook family friendly meals that everyone can enjoy. Todays video is a little bit different as I'm making an Irish coffee. This is the traditional way to make it.
Coffee. Sugar. Alcohol. It doesn’t get any better than this. It’s Irish Coffee, which can — and should — be enjoyed throughout the year, not only on St. Patrick’s Day.
The drink’s original story is that Joe Sheridan, a chef at an Foynes restaurant in Ireland, invented it to keep customers from freezing.
Rumour has it that in1943, Sheridan first made the drink for passengers of a Pan Am flight headed to New York that had to return because of bad weather. To warm up the folks on the Pan Am flight, Sheridan poured whiskey into coffee. He also knew Americans liked their beverages sweet, so he added cream and sugar.
Someone asked if it was Brazilian coffee. Sheridan replied, “ No mam, that's an Irish Coffee!”
The drink was designed to look like a Guinness
INGREDIENTS
150mls hot coffee
35mls Irish whiskey ( I've used Jameson)
2 tsp white sugar
2 tbsp lightly whipped fresh cream
METHOD
Heat the glass with some boiling water for about 20 seconds, then empty the water out, leaving a warmed glass
Put the sugar into the glass and add about 1/2 the coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Add the rest of the coffee to the glass leaving about 2cms from the top
Carefully spoon or pour the whipped cream on top
Enjoy this Traditional drink.
