1 3/4 c Strawberries
1 lg Can crushed pineapple
5 Bananas (cut in cubes)
12 oz Frozen orange juice
-concentrate 1 1/2 c Water
From: Healthy Meals and More Mix ingredients together. Freeze in small paper cups. Serve partially defrosted. Children love this nutritious treat!

Today I'm making Frozen Fruit Slush! Its super refreshing, especially in the summertime! It's sort of an Amish specialty if you will!
Frozen Fruit Slush Recipe!
8-10 lbs Peaches, cut up
grapes
2 Cans Crushed Pineapple
Juice:
3 cans Frozen orange Juice concentrate
3 cans water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Peach Jello
Heat up so sugar dissolves. Then let cool until ready to pour onto the Fruit.
Mix everything together and freeze into whatever containers You want. Eat slushy and enjoy!!

Sorbet Syrup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and water. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until all of the sugar has dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool completely before using to make sorbet.
Raspberry Mango:
3 cups frozen mango
1 cup frozen raspberries
2-3 tablespoons sorbet syrup
Place the mango, raspberries and syrup into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for for 1 to 2 hours until it firms up.
Enjoy!
Very Berry
4 cups frozen mixed berries
2-3 tablespoons sorbet syrup
Place the berries and syrup into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for for 1 to 2 hours until it firms up.
Enjoy!
Cucumber Melon
3 cups frozen honeydew
1 cup frozen cucumber
2-3 tablespoons sorbet syrup
Place the honeydew, cucumber and syrup into the food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for for 1 to 2 hours until it firms up.
Enjoy!
Peach Basil
4 cups frozen peaches
2-3 basil leaves
2-3 tablespoons sorbet syrup
Place the peaches, basil and syrup into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for for 1 to 2 hours until it firms up.
Enjoy!
Piña Colada
4 cups frozen pineapple
1/4 cup coconut milk
2-3 tablespoons sorbet syrup
1 lime, zest and juice
Place the pineapple, coconut milk, syrup, lime zest and juice into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for for 1 to 2 hours until it firms up.

4-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites???? This recipe is part of my healthy desserts series! These bites are so easy to make and taste super delicious!

Ingredients:
1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml)
3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS)

Topping:
100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate
optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil

1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together
2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Freeze for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
4. (Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave). Dip the bites in the chocolate. (Let the chocolate cool down a little before dipping). Make sure that the bites are fully covered in the chocolate!
5. Store in the freezer. Let defrost for about 15 minutes before eating
