How To make Fruit Soup (Veg Times)
1/4 c Dried apricots
3/4 c Dried prunes
1/4 c Dried peaches
1/4 c Dried pears
6 c Cold water
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Lemon slices
2 tb Quick cooking tapioca
3 tb Sugar
2 tb Raisins
1 tb Dried currants
1 Green apple, pred & sliced
Wash & soak the dried fruit for 30 minutes. Pour fruit & water into a pressure cooker. Cover, set control at 15 & cook over heat till pressure is reached. Reduce heat & cook for 6 minutes. Cool naturally for 5 minutes. Run under cold water. Add cinnamon, lemon & tapioca. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered till fruit is tender but not mushy. Refrigerate till chilled. Can serve as a dessert. "Vegetarian Times Cookbook"

My neighbor gave me a wonderful soup recipe!! I cook 3 times a week and I want more! Simple and very tasty! The secret is in the simple recipe. This is an incredibly delicious soup, I can eat it every day. Delicious and simple recipe. Very easy to cook!
Recipe:
cut 3 potatoes
add 2 liters of water
bring water to a boil
remove foam
boil potatoes over medium heat
chop 1 onion
frying oil
fry the onion over medium heat
1 large carrot or 3 small carrots
fry over medium heat
200 gr minced chicken
add some water
mince 1 garlic clove
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon sugar
3 tomatoes
pour boiling water
drain the water and remove the skin from the tomatoes
cut tomatoes
chop the tomatoes in a blender
cook over medium heat for 3 minutes
30 g pasta
bring the soup to a boil
add 2 bay leaves, black pepper to taste
salt to taste
cook over medium heat
Cook until pasta is done
The soup is ready. Serve hot.

Chilled Mango Soup

Serves 2
Cook Time: 20 minutes
• 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
• 2 tbsp of lime juice
• 1 cup of ginger water (1 inch of chopped fresh ginger boiled with 2 cups of water reduced by half)
• ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 tsp of sambal oelek (chunky garlic chile paste) or any hot sauce of your choice
In a blender or food processor puree all ingredients and chill. Feel free to garnish soup with sour cream, crème fraîche, chili sauce and mint.

Mixed fruit ang vege soup

3 corn cut into 3 pcs
Dry dates if you want
Then just put in a pot or big sauce pan boiled together for about 1 1/2 hours add salt if needed
Apple and pear no need to peel just remove the seed and cut into four
Peel the carrot cut into wedge
Peel the corn and cut into four

Learn how to make a tropical fruit soup with our online culinary school chef in this tutorial video.
TROPICAL FRUIT SOUP RECIPE:
Ingredients
4 ripe mangoes
1 ½ cups coconut milk
Flesh from 1 young coconut
1 cup plain yogurt
Zest of 1 lime
2 tbsp honey
1 dragon fruit
1 cup pineapple juice
3 cups chopped pineapple
Mint leaves
Preparation
1. Peel and pit three mangoes and roughly chop. Place in a blender along with the pineapple chunks and coconut. Add coconut milk, yogurt, honey and pineapple juice. Puree until you get a very smooth soup. Add half the lime zest.
2. Strain the soup mixture into a bowl and discard the stringy parts. Chill for a couple hours before serving.
3. Cut the last mango and dragon fruit into small cubes and serve on the side to garnish the soup. When ready to serve, pour into cold serving bowls and garnish with mango, dragon fruit segments and lime zest. You can also use shredded coconut, edible flowers and other tropical fruit.
