8 oz Nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 c Canned unsweetened pineapple
-(chunks) drained & chilled 1/2 c Canned sliced peaches
-(unsweetened)
drained and chilled 5 Ice cubes
1 Banana; peeled

cut into 1-inch pieces -- and frozen 1/4 c Skim milk
In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients; cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into tall glasses. Ingredients:
Cream:1cup(chilled)
Hung Curd: 1.5 cup
Condensed Milk:1/2cup
Peach
Mango
Plums
Strawberry Jelly
You may add fruits of your choice too.
Hung curd procedure.
In a bowl take a cotton or muslin cloth add yogurt bring the four edges of cloth together & tie the knot. Hang it for about six hours to drain the yogurt water.
In a bowl add cream and whip it for 5 mins.
In the same bowl add hung curd and condensed milk and mix it.
Add fruits.
Add strawberry jelly while dishing it out.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) Fresh 1 kg
-Tetra pack Cream 400 ml
-Condensed milk 1 Cup
-Fruit cocktail (strain) 2 Cups or as required
-Fruit cocktail syrup ½ Cup or as required
Directions:
-In bowl,place cotton/cheese cloth,add yogurt and bring the four edges of the cotton/cheese cloth together and tie the knot tightly,hang overnight or minimum 6 hours.
-In bowl,add hang curd,tetra pack cream,condensed milk and mix.
-Add fruit cocktail and mix well.
-Add fruit cocktail syrup,mix well until desired consistency & refrigerate for 4 hours.
-Fruit yogurt is ready and serve chilled.

-Fruit cocktail dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Fruit cocktail syrup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & 4 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Fruit yogurt tayyar hai aur thanda serve karein.
