How To make Fruited Smoked Turkey Salad

SALAD----------------------------------- 6 oz Mostaccioli; uncooked
2 1/2 c Smoked turkey breast; cut in
- strips 1 1/2 c Cantaloupe; cubed
1/3 c Green onions; sliced
1 1/2 c Strawberries; sliced
1/2 c Slivered almonds; toasted
DRESSING:
1/3 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Oil
1/4 c Honey
1/2 ts Grated lemon peel
To toast almonds, spread nuts on a cookie sheet; bake at 350~ for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cook mostaccioli to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except strawberries and nuts; toss. In jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, gently stir in strawberries and almonds.

The best turkey salad recipe is in this video. This turkey leftover recipe is perfect for a sandwich or even just as a side. I love the apples and grapes in the salad. You will like it so much, Im sure you will be making it all year round. Is not only perfect to use as leftovers but you can purchase your own turkey breast. Cook it and make this recipe any time you desire. A turkey salad sandwich is my favorite option.
Apple Turkey Salad Recipe
3 Cups Shredded Leftover Turkey
2 Stalks of Celery
1 Apple
1 Cup of Grapes
1/4 of a Red Onion
1/3 Cup of Pecans
3/4 Cup of Sour Cream
3 TBSP Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Salt (or to taste)
Pepper to taste

Ingredients:
1 oz (57g) Bulgur
2 Tomatoes
2 Fresh Limes
3.5 oz (100g) Green Onions
7 oz (198g) Fresh Parsley
0.5 oz (14g) Fresh Mint (Leaves)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Salt, Black Pepper Powder
Preparations:
1- Soak Bulgur in Boiling water for 30 Minutes.
2- Dice the tomatoes.
3- Dice the green onions.
4- Mince the fresh mint's leaves.
5- Mince the parsley.
