Dry Fruits (Almonds, Raisins, Cashew, Tutti Frutti, Cherries, Khajur)
(1/4 Cup +2 Tsp)Sugar

2 Tsp Oil
3-4 Drops Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup Plain Flour
3 Tsp Milk Powder
2 Cardamom+3 Clove+1 inch Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Tsp Vinegar

250g butter(牛油)
180g /3/4 cup soft brown sugar (幼黄糖)
5 large eggs(鸡蛋)
250g /2 cups plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1 tsp salt (盐)
1 tsp cinnamon powder (肉桂粉)
1/2 tsp mixed spices (混合香料)
500g mixed fruit (杂果)
125ml rum (兰姆酒)
60g /1/2 cup high proteine flour/bread flour (高筋面粉/面包粉)
100g/1 cup toasted pecan nuts (烤香胡桃仁)
1 tsp vanilla essence (香草精)
1 orange zest (1粒橙皮屑)

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Tutti frutti green 2 tbs
-Tutti frutti yellow 2 tbs
-Tutti frutti red 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Black currant 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 150g (room temperature)
-Sugar powdered ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Mixed tutti frutti
-Dried black currant
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl add green,yellow & red tutti frutti,almonds,black currant,all-purpose flour,coat well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add butter & beat until it changes color.
-Add powdered sugar and beat until just combined.
-Add eggs,one by one and beat after each edition.
-Place sifter on a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking powder,sift dry ingredients together and beat until well combined.
-Add vanilla essence and beat well.
-Now add flour coated nuts & fruit mixture and fold gently with the help of spatula.
-Grease 3.5 x 7-inch aluminum foil cake mold with butter & line with butter paper.
-Pour cake batter & spread evenly.
-Add mixed tutti frutti,black currant,almonds and tap few times.
-Air fry at 150C for 25 to 30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Cut into slices & serve!

-Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein aur beat kertay rahein.
-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida,namak aur baking powder dal ker ek saath sift karein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Ab flour coated nuts & fruit mixture dal ker spatula ki madad sa gently fold ker lein.
-3.5 x 7-inch aluminum foil cake mold ko makhan sa grease karein aur butter paper laga lein.
-Cake batter dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Mixed tutti frutti,black currant aur badam dal ker few times tap ker lein.
-160C per 25-30 minutes ya skewer saaf ajanay tak air fry ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein.

Ingredients:
1 cup mixed glazed fruits, chopped
½ cup dried apricots, chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup dark raisins
½ cup candied orange peel
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
½ cup golden raisins
1 cup pecans
1 cup pitted dates
½ cup green candied cherries
½ cup red candied cherries
¾ cup rhum
1 ½ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup (113g) softened butter, unsalted
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs, medium
⅓ cup molasses
2 tablespoons rhum
*Divide evenly into three 6x3x2.5 loaf pans greased and lined
*Bake in a preheated oven at 165C for 1 hr 30 mins or until toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean (you can opt to bake them using baine marie method for even cooking and prevent the cake from drying out or just bake them longer at lower temperature)
*Cool completely and brush all over with rhum or brandy
*Wrap them individually in aluminum foil and refrigerate. Avoid touching with bare hands to prevent spoilage
*Brush them again with rhum after a week then repeat brushing for four weeks
*To make a chocolate fruit cake, replace 1/2 cup of flour with alkalized unsweetened cocoa powder
