How To make Fusilli Verde with Broccoli& Red Bell Pepper
6 ea Garlic cloves, chopped
1 ea Red bell pepper, chopped
2 tb Olive oil
1 bn Broccoli, cut into florets,
-- stems peeled & diced 1/4 c Blanched peas
1 c Tomatoes, chopped
Cayenne, to taste 1 pn Thyme
16 oz Fusilli verde
Salt, to taste
Lightly saute the garlic & red bell pepper in the olive oil, then add the broccoli & a few tablespoons of water. Cover & cook over high heat for a minute or two until just tender. Add the peas & tomatoes, season with cayenne & thyme, cover & cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until *al dente*. Drain & toss with the sauce. Season with salt if needed & serve.

La vostra famiglia la adorerà! Questa pasta è così deliziosa, che quando la cucino non riesco a smettere di mangiarla! Ricetta molto facile, nutriente e gustosa, che può fare chiunque! La seconda ricetta è una favolosa pasta in crema di verza con pancetta croccante. Bastano pochi semplici ingredienti e pochissimo tempo per prepararla! Pasta molto gustosa che piace a tutti! - 250 g di pasta (rigatoni)
- 80 g di pancetta
- 1 scalogno
- 1 spicchio d'aglio
- 20 pomodorini
- 50 g di basilico
- 40 g di parmigiano
- 30 ml di olio d'oliva
- 30 ml di acqua
- Sale, pepe
- 1 peperoncino

Perfect Chicken Stir Fry : Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients:
350g Boneless Chicken
1 each Red, Yellow Green Bell Peppers
2 Carrits
1 Small Head Brocoli
100g Chestnut Mushroom
1 tbsp Minced Ginger
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
For The Chicken;
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Chicken seasoning or 1 Bouillon
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Cornflour
Sauce:
4 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Ingredients and recipe:
250g broccoli
Hot water
Soak for 5 minutes
Drain the water after 5 minutes
Chop the broccoli into small pieces
Add to a bowl
3 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Whisk the eggs with a fork
Pour on the broccoli
20g green onion
Chop
Add to the broccoli
Dice 1/2 onion
20g mozzarella cheese (optional)
Salt & black pepper
Mix well
Medium heat
olive oil
Pour into the frying pan
Spread evenly
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over with a plate
Fry for another 2 minutes
Add some olive oil
Done!

Best Pasta Salad Ever????
1 pound Rotini pasta, multicolored
3 cups cherry tomatoes,halfed
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup broccoli, sliced
1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
1/2 cup kalamata(black)olives,sliced
1/4 cup carrot,sliced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-3 pinches red pepper flakes (optional)
Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package. Allow to pasta to cool.(You can run cold water over pasta to help it cool faster.)
In a bowl, add and mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate before serving. *In my opinion it taste the best the next day bc everything has marinated over night*

Ingredients
▢2 tablespoons oil
▢1 small onion (chopped)
▢½ red pepper
▢½ green pepper
▢2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb – cubed)
▢1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
▢¾ teaspoon salt
▢½ teaspoon chili powder
▢½ teaspoon paprika
▢3 tablespoons all purpose flour
▢1½ cups low sodium chicken broth
▢1 cup milk or cream (any will do! Higher fat will have a richer flavor)
▢1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
▢375 grams spaghetti (about ¾ pound)
Instructions
Cook spaghetti noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
Add onions and peppers, cooking and stirring until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add chicken breast cubes and cook until white on the outside (they don't necessarily need to brown.
Stir in garlic, salt, chili powder and paprika and cook 1 minute.
Add flour and stir until no white remains.
Stir in broth and milk and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium and cook and simmer until thickened. Stir in shredded cheese and pour over cooked pasta.
