How To make Garlic Potato and Garbanzo Pizza
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups warm water
4 Tablespoons yeast
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons white flour
4 cups white and whole wheat flour
:
4 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon soup stock use from beans
3 cloves garlic
2 potatoes cut in thin slices potato white or red
1/4 cup garbanzo beans :
mashed slightly
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes -- or to taste
1 teaspoon corn meal
Proof yeast untill bubbles form on bowl (about 10 minutes) add half the flour a nd stir until you arm falls off. Add the rest of the flour and 1 teaspoon of s alt one cup at a time, kneading until it no longer sticks to your hands. Cover in a floured bowl and let rise until almost doubled in bulk (about 1 hour in a warm kitchen).
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees, put pizza stone in. Heat stock in skillet, add garlic and potato: saute until potato is translu cent (but still crisp) and garlic is brown, about 6 minutes. Add beans and red pepper flakes: cook 1 minute. Roll out pizza dough good and thin on a cutting board or device used for del ivery to oven, liberally sprinkle with polenta or corn meal. Spread with musta rd, arrange potato mixture on top, sprinkle with cheese if desired. Put quickly in oven, bake untill crust is brown and vegetables are hot, abou t 8-10 minutes. Cut and serve.

Meat Lovers Egg Cheese Pizza Crust Recipe Here:
Servings: 12 slices
Toppings:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Pepperoni Slices
1 Ib. Hot Italian Sausage, cooked and crumbled
3-4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled
Marinara sauce base in serving macros
Dough:
6 ounces of Colby or fiesta shredded cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion powder
½ teaspoon of basil
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Optional: If you want a larger pizza, add 2 ounces of shredded mozzarella
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cook the sausage and bacon
Drain the bacon on a paper towels
Set aside both bacon and sausages
In a large bowl add dough ingredients and mix well
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Add dough and using the back of a spoon shape into round crust
Bake crust for 10 to 15 minutes and then flip onto a new parchment paper
Add sauce with a brush
Add cheese and then toppings
Return to oven and bake for another
10 to 15 minutes until done
Can add to broil
Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top
Slice and allow to cool

1 ½ tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp yeast
1 ½ tbsp milk powder
1 ½ cup maida
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
Salt - 1 cup for baking
For Garlic Butter:
Butter - 50-60ml
Olive Oil - 50-60ml
Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
Chili flakes - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Garlic - 15 cloves
Parsley / coriander - 1 tbsp
For the final assembly:
Mozzarella - 100g
Parsley or coriander -1 tbsp
Herbs and Chili Flakes - 1 tsp before serving
