1 1/2 lb Ground beef 1/2 lb Ground pork 1/2 c Finely diced onion 1 c Applesauce 1 c Bread crumbs 3 tb Ketchup 2 t Salt 1/4 t Black pepper Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well. Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Let cool 10-15 minutes. Turn the loaf out of the pan. Slice and serve.
