4 tb Soy sauce; divided
2 tb Lemon juice; divided
1/4 ts Garlic powder
3/4 ts Ground ginger
4 Chicken breast halves withou
2 tb Honey
1 tb Water
Vegetable cooking spray Combine 2 tablespons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and ginger; pour over chicken, stirring to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes. Combine remainin soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and water. In wok or large skillet, brown chicken; add honey mixture. Over medium heat, cook 5 minutes. Over high heat, cook uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is glazed; stir occasionally. -----

Honey Glazed Chicken Recipe:
Ingredients for chicken marination:
Chicken cubes 500g
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Oil 1-2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Ingredients for katori:
Square sheets 8-10
Flour 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Ingredients for honey sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) ½ tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Honey 3-4 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Slurry (cornflour + water) 1 tbsp
Directions:
In a bowl add chicken cubes, garlic, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, corn flour, egg and oil.
Marinate chicken chunks for 30 minutes then deep fry until golden brown.
In a bowl mix flour, salt, black pepper, water and make a thick paste.
Take one sheet, spread flour paste and place another sheet on top. Make a star like shape.
In a cupcake mold place sheets in such a way, that a katori shape is formed.
Then deep fry them until light golden brown.
In a pan heat oil, add garlic and cook until it’s golden. Add honey, soy sauce and cook it for 2 minutes.
Now add salt, black pepper, red chili flakes and cook for 2 more minutes.
Lastly add slurry, add cooked chicken chunks and give it a good mix.
Add honey glazed chicken in katoris, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Serving: 5 persons

شہد 3-4کھانے کے چمچ
سویا سوس 2کھانے کے چمچ
کارن فلار اور پانی مکسچر 1کھانے کا چمچ
ترکیب:
ایک باؤل میں چکن کے ٹکڑے، لہسن، نمک، کالی مرچ، کٹی لال مرچیں، کارن فلار، انڈے، کھانے کا تیل اور چکن ڈال کر تیس منٹ تک میرینیٹ کر لیں۔
اب اس کو گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں۔
پھر ایک باؤل میں میدہ، نمک، کالی مرچ اور پانی ڈال کر پیسٹ بنا لیں۔
اب ایک شیٹ لے کر اس پر میدے کی پیسٹ پھیلائیں اور پھر اس پر دوسری شیٹ رکھ کر سٹار کی شکل بنا لیں۔
پھر ایک کپ کیک مولڈ میں تیار کی ہوئی شیٹس اس طرح رکھیں کہ کٹوری کی شکل بن جائے۔
ا ب ان کو لائٹ گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں۔
پھر ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کرکے اس میں لہسن ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک پکائیں۔
اب اس میں شہد اور سویا سوس ڈال کر دو منٹ پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں نمک، کالی مرچ اور کٹی لال مرچیں ڈال کر دو منٹ اور پکائیں۔
اب اس میں کارن فلار، پانی اور پکے ہوئے چکن کے ٹکڑے ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
پھر اس چکن کو کٹوریوں میں ڈالیں اور اس پر تِل چھڑک کر سرو کر دیں۔
تیار ی کا وقت: 40منٹ
پکانے کا وقت: 20-25منٹ

• chicken drumsticks – 2,2 lb | 1 kg
• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• honey – ¾ cup | 200 ml
• butter – 1 oz | 30 g
• garlic – 5 cloves
• ketchup – ⅔ cup | 150 ml
• soy sauce – ¼ cup | 60 ml
• sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
• parsley – 2 stalks

• oven
• pan
• bowl
????Preparation:
1. Heat a pan with vegetable oil and lay out the chicken legs in it, salt and pepper to taste, fry the chicken over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Take out the legs into a bowl.
2. Switch off the stove and add the honey, butter, chopped up garlic, ketchup and soy sauce into the same pan, switch on the stove at low heat and stir well.
3. Lay the fried chicken legs into the pan with the sauce and pour each leg with it.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F | 180°C and roast the legs in the pan for 18-20 minutes.
5. Take the pan out of the oven, sprinkle the honey-garlic chicken drumsticks with the sesame seeds and parsley and serve to the table.
