EASY Homemade Granola Recipe | Simple Pantry Breakfast Oats Gluten Free
LEARN HOW TO MAKE YOUR VERY OWN HOMEMADE GRANOLA RECIPE!
LAY HO MA! Making your own gluten free granola at home can surprisingly save you a lot of money. I personally used to purchase boxes and boxes of store bought granola just to keep up with consumption, and my gosh, some brands are super good and super expensive. Join me in this episode and learn how to make your own granola at home easily and with this new learnt recipe, you can flavour to your heart's content. Let's begin.
Ingredients:
4 cups quick oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 tbsp cinnamon
generous pinch or pink salt
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup maple syrup
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F
2. Combine and mix all of the ingredients (minus the raisins) in a large mixing bowl
3. Spread onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper
4. Bake in the oven for 25min giving it a stir half way through (OR do not stir if you like your granola chunkier)
5. Add the raisins and gently mix. That's it :)

How to make homemade granola bars! These granola bars are simple, soft and chewy. They are delicious as-is or can be adapted based on your favorite dried fruits, nuts or chocolate. ⬇️ Recipe Ingredients are below ⬇️
• 2 ½ cups (230 grams) old fashioned rolled oats
• 1/2 cup (80 grams) whole almonds, coarsely chopped
• 1/3 cup (113 grams) pure honey
• 1/4 cup (56 grams) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• 1/4 cup (50 grams) packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1/2 cup (60 grams) dried cranberries, coarsely chopped

How to make the BEST Homemade Granola | Easy Recipe
This is the best healthy homemade granola to replace store bought cereal! Today, Annie will share this delicious, healthy alternative, made with coconut, honey, and oats! We enjoy this in the mornings with a bowl of homemade yogurt or with milk!

Homemade Granola
4 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup craisins (or raisins)
1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1/4 teasp. cinnamon
1/4 teasp (heaping) salt
1 & 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
1 & 1/2 tablespoons cane sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup raw honey
*Stir well!
*Bake @ 300 degrees for 30 minutes (stirring every 10 min). Remove from oven. Let sit on the hot pan for 10-15 minutes to get crispy (stirring 1 or 2 more times so it doesn't stick)

Easy Homemade Granola
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Bananas 4
-Honey 1/3 Cup
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
-Instant oats 300g
-Murmuray (Puffed rice) 3 Cups
-Mixed nuts 200g (Almonds,pistachios,cashew nuts)
-Kadu ke beej (Pumpkin seeds) ½ Cup
-Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 1/3 Cup
-Chia seeds 1/3 Cup
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Black current ½ Cup
-Kishmish (Raisins) ½ Cup
-Chocolate chips 1/3 Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked
-Doodh (Milk)
-Banana slices
-Chocolate chips
Directions:
-In a bowl,add bananas & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add honey,vanilla essence,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add instant oats,puffed rice,mixed nuts,pumpkin seeds,melon seeds,chia seeds,cinnamon powder,salt & mix well.
-Now add mashed banana mixture & mix until well combined.
-On greased baking tray lined with butter paper,add prepared mixture & spread evenly.
Option # 1: Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 25-30 minutes & mix well in between after every 10 minutes.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Air fry at 160 for 13-14 minutes & mix well in between.
-Takeout from oven/air fryer & let it cool completely.
-Add black current,raisins,chocolate chips & mix well.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month at room temperature.
Serving Style:
-Add granola in milk & yogurt,garnish with banana slices,chocolate chips & serve!
Ways To Use Homemade Granola:
-Top up your salad,smoothies,porridge & yogurt.
-Add in your baked goods i.e. cupcakes,muffins,cookies.
-Serve as Breakfast cereal with milk of your choice.

-Greased baking tray lined with butter paper per tayyar mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein.
Option # 1: Baking
-Preheated oven mein 160C per 25-30 minutes kliya bake ker lein aur her 10 minute bad bahir nikla ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-160C per 13-14 minutes kliya air fry ker lei aur bech mein nikal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tray ko oven/air fryer sa niakl ker completely thanda ker lein.
-Black current,kishmish aur chocolate chips dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Airtight jar mein dal ker 1 month kliya room temperature per store ker saktay han.
