How To make Great Grilled Flounder
2 pounds flounder fillet
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
Arrange fish on a well-oiled grill. Combine remaining ingredients and baste fi sh. Grill, turning and basting occasionally, for 10 minutes per inch of thickn ess or until fish is flaky and no longer translucent in the center.

Directions
You will need:
1 flounder
Granulated Garlic - Link Below
1/2 stick of butter
Slap ya mama cajun seasonings - Link Below
Cut flounder down it's lateral line and across its back creating a checkerboard. Do not cut past the backbone
Cut 1/2 stick of butter into 1/4in pats and cut those pats in half.
Sick 1/2 pats of butter into cuts you made on the flounder.
Liberally season with Garlic and slap ya mama.
Cook on Gas grill or in the oven at 350 for 15-22 min based on flounder size.
Target internal temp on fish is 145degrees.
