Ingredients:
1 cream cheese
1 cup of chicken/vegetable stock
1 truffle

8 tbs of butter
1 lb green beans
1 cup of Oaxaca cheese

Ingredients:
2 lb green beans, trimmed, blanched, and cooled. Cut into 2 to 3 inches long
5 rashers bacon, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 oz red onions, chopped
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2¾ cups milk
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, cheese
½ cup Japanese breadcrumbs
⬇️ How to make Green Bean Casserole ⬇️
0:09 Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F.
0:12 Add the bacon pieces to a skillet over medium heat. Saute briefly, then add the garlic and onions.
0:24 Continue sauteing for 3 to 5 minutes until the bacon is done but not crisp and the onions are golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside.
0:34 In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Sprinkle the flour into the pan and whisk immediately to evenly mix it into the butter.
0:49 Cook for 1 to 2 minutes and then pour in the milk and heavy cream. Continue cooking for 2 minutes, whisking constantly, while the sauce thickens.
1:09 Add cayenne and grated cheese. Whisk until the cheese melts.
1:23 Add the bacon and onion mixture and stir to combine.
1:34 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust accordingly.
1:43 Add the green beans and stir gently to combine.
1:52 Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with the breadcrumbs.
2:04 Bake for about 15 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and the panko or breadcrumbs is golden. Serve immediately!

This dish, for some, is a weeknight meal, but come Thanksgiving, this dish becomes the co-star for most holiday dinners (of course, no dish should outshine the Thanksgiving turkey ).
A medley of fresh green beans covered with creamy mushroom soup, under a blanket of crispy french fried onion, this recipe is easy and quick. Simply boil your cut green beans for a few minutes to allow them to soften. While the green beans often, mix together all of your ingredients. Next combine the softened green beans to the mixture of ingredients. Lastly, pour everything into a casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes.
This classic casserole can be baked in a traditional casserole dish, or you can bake some of the mixture in individual serving size baking dishes. Once it is out of the oven it is ready to be served, and more importantly, enjoyed.
Whether this is your first time, or your 50th, hosting, this Green Bean Casserole is a recipe you'll want to have on your Thanksgiving table year after year.
Recipe:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Pinch ground black pepper
4 cups green beans, cut (be sure to remove the ends)
1 1/3 cup french fried onions
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Once at a rolling boil, add the cut green beans. Allow to cook for 5 - 10 minutes or until soft.
3. While the green beans are boiling, mix together soup, milk soy sauce, pepper, beans and 2/3 cup fried onions in a medium bowl.
4. Pour the mixture into 1/2- quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Stir mixture and sprinkle the remaining onions on top.
5. Bake for 5 more minutes, or until golden brown.

1lbs green bean
Save
1 Ibs mushrooms
2 tbs butter
1 shallots
6 garlic
1 tbs stone ground mustard
bunch thyme
2 c heavy cream
1 tsp white pepper
salt
Crispy shallots
Step 1
Blanch green beans put in boiling water for 1 minute the remove and submerge in ice water, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Sauté mushrooms in 2 tbs butter over medium heat until all the liquid is evaporated
Step 3
Add the sliced shallots and garlic and cook until tender
Step 4
Pour in the heavy cream, mustard and stir then add the bundle of thyme
Step 5
Reduce over medium heat until
Step6
Add green beans stir and add to casserole dish
Step 7
Cover and bake at 400f for 20 minutes
Step 8
Add crispy shallots and optional crispy garlic and bake an additional 5 minutes uncovered
