How To make Grilled Chicken Breast
2 ea WHOLE CHICKEN brEASTS, HALVE
1 x BONED, SKINNED, AND BUTTERFL
1/2 c OLIVE OIL
1 ea LEMON, JUICED
2 T HERBES DE PROVENCE
Saute rice with oil in a heavy skillet until it is opaque. Add water, with salt if desired. Cover and cook over low heat until done--about 20 minutes. Cool. Add vegetables, pine nuts, and olives. Include other items if you wish: thinly sliced hard salami or artichoke hearts. Toss with dressing. DRESSING: Blend garlic, anchovies, herbs, lemon juice, oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.

• 2 lemons, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
• ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
✅Instructions
00:00:15 - How to make a lemon garlic herb marinade for chicken
1️⃣ 00:00:25 - In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic.
2️⃣ 00:01:05 - Place chicken breasts into a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken.
3️⃣ 00:02:02 - Marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
4️⃣ 00:02:07 - Heat an outdoor grill over medium-high heat, about 400 degrees.
