Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe
Hi Guys, today I’ll show you How to Make a Juicy, Grilled Chicken Sandwich. This recipe uses just a few ingredients and very easy to prepare. All the ingredients are listed below.

Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless - 4
Olive oil - 4 tblsps
Apple cider vinegar - 2 tblsps
Salt - 1 tsp
Ground black pepper - ½ tsp
Italian seasoning or any Dried herb - 1 tsp
Garlic - 3 cloves
Lettuce shredded
Tomato
Cheese
Mayonnaise
Buns toasted
These are 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. 3 garlic cloves. Italian seasoning which is a blend of different dried herbs and red chili flakes, you can substitute with any dried herb like oregano, thyme whatever you have in your pantry. Crush the garlic and peel them. Smash them up. Put the garlic over the chicken. 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp ground black pepper. Crush the dried herbs in your palms to release the oils and put it over the chicken. Add 2 tblsps of apple cider vinegar and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix this really well. Cover the chicken and marinate for at least one hour. Just before you grill, get all the ingredients ready for the sandwich. You’ll need buns, cheese if you’re using it, I like to slice iceberg lettuce very thinly, put that aside. Slice a tomato. I put a little salt on the tomato when I’m assembling the sandwich. If you like onion on your sandwich, you can cut them up now. Heat up your grill, oil it well so the chicken doesn’t stick. Here’s the marinated chicken. Put any remaining marinade on top of the chicken. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side depending on the size of the chicken breasts. The 2 bigger breasts I’ll put in the back. If you’re using a grill like this that sits over 2 burners, you can adjust the heat on each burner which is convenient. Notice it’s getting white around the edges so one side is done. Remember to put the chicken horizontally so you get lovely grill marks that are diagonal on the breast. The chicken should come off easily, don’t force it off otherwise pieces of chicken will stick to the grill. Cook for a few minutes on the other side. And they are done. Breasts cook very quickly so make sure not to overcook them or they will be dry. If you like cheese, put it on the chicken and melt it. Butter your buns and put them on the grill to heat. They’ll be done in a minute. Here are the grilled chicken breasts. I’ll cut into one for you. Very juicy, cooked perfectly. On the grilled buns, spread a little mayonnaise. Add a little hot sauce if you want some heat. Place the grilled chicken on top. A slice of tomato. Sprinkle a little salt on top, now the lettuce, sprinkle a little salt. Here is our yummy and healthy grilled chicken sandwich. If you leave out the cheese, there is hardly any fat in this sandwich. I hope you try this healthy and tasty sandwich. - 14 g (1 tbsp) mayo
- Zest from 1/2 lemon
- Pinch of thyme
- Black pepper
- 1 clove garlic. crushed
For the sandwich

-Chicken cut into stripes 250g
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 2 tbs
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Bread slices large
-Makhan (Butter)
-Mayonnaise
-Tomato ketchup
-Lettuce leaves
-Kheera (Cucumber) slices
-Cheese slices
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,yogurt,paprika powder,tikka masala,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,salt & mix well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken and cook on medium flame until chicken is tender (approx. 8-10 minutes) then cook on high flame until dries up.
-Let it cool & roughly chop into small pieces with the help of knife & set aside.
-In a bowl,add egg,sprinkle salt,black pepper crushed & whisk well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry whisked egg from both sides (1-2 minutes) & set aside.
-Cut the sides of large bread slices with the help of knife.
-Grease cast iron grill pan with butter & toast bread slices from both sides.
Assembling:
-Now place three toasted bread slices on a clean working surface.
-Spread mayonnaise and tomato ketchup,place lettuce leaves,cucumber,prepared omelet,cheese slices & place another bread slice on top.
-Now add prepared chicken tikka filling & flip third bread slice over it (makes 3-4).
-Cut into desired pieces & insert skewer.
-Serve with coleslaw,French fries & tomato ketchup.

-Thanda ker lein aur knife ki madad sa small pieces mein roughly chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anda,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur whisked anday ko dono sides sa fry ker lein (1-2 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
-Large bread slice ki sides ko knife ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Cast iron grill pan ko makhan sa grease ker lein aur dono sides sa toast ker lein.
Assembling:
-Three toasted bread slices ko clean workings surface per rakh dein.
-Mayonnaise aur tomato ketchup dal dein,lettuce leaves,kheera,tayyar omelet aur cheese slice rakh dein aur us ka upper ek aur bread slice rakh dein.
-Ab tayyar chicken tikka filling dal dein aur third bread slice ko us ka upper flip ker ka rakh dein (makes 3-4).
-Desired pieces mein cut karein & skewer insert ker lein.
-Coleslaw,French fries & tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
