Instant Pot Whole Chicken Ingredients:
►1 Whole Chicken (see size chart below)
►4-5 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
►2 tsp fine sea salt
►1 teaspoon onion powder1 tsp garlic powder
►1/2 tsp paprika
►1/4 tsp black pepper,
►1 sprig of rosemary, minced
►1 sprig of thyme, minced
►8 Tbsp unsalted butter(melted)
►1 cup low sodium chicken broth
►1 lemon, halved, (divided into 1/2 lemon + 1 Tbsp juice)
Chicken Gravy Ingredients:
►3 Tbsp unsalted butter
►3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
Instant Pot Whole Chicken Cooking Times (Size Chart):
►3 lbs = 18 minutes on high pressure with 15-min natural release
►3 1/2 lbs = 21 minutes on high pressure with 15-min natural release
►4 lb = 24 minutes on high pressure with 15-min natural release
►4 1/2 lb = 27 minutes on high pressure with 15-min natural release
►5 lb = 30 minutes on high pressure with 15-min natural release

Garlic Grilled chicken, Greek Style!
Simple to make, garlic grilled chicken recipe. This one is Greek style with lemon, herbs and garlic served with a yogurt dip. If you have time, marinade it overnight, otherwise 2 hours is fine. A perfect recipe for entertaining whether inside or outside for a tasty BBQ. If inside, make sure you heat up that griddle pan so you get plenty of smoky char flavour. For the dip, you can leave out the cayenne pepper if you don’t like spicy but it’s awesome spicy! Use a good quality full fat Greek natural yogurt and fresh dill for that beautiful flavour. Serve it with potato wedges and a Greek salad, see my recipes. Pita bread also goes well. Enjoy my Garlic Grilled chicken Greek Style!

Here is what you'll need!
Easy Chicken Alfredo Penne
Servings: 6
INGREDIENTS
1½ pounds (700 grams) chicken breast, cubed
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
16 ounces (450 grams) penne pasta, cooked
¼ cup parsley
¼ cup parmesan, shredded
Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon basil
1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
PREPARATION
1. In a pan over medium-high heat, melt butter, then add the chicken breast.
2. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook 8-10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Remove from heat and set chicken aside.
3. In the same pan over medium heat, melt butter and add the garlic. Cook until the garlic begins to soften.
4. Add half of the flour to the garlic and butter, stirring until incorporated. Then add the rest of the flour and stir.
5. Pour in the milk a little bit at a time, stirring well in between, until fully incorporated and sauce begins to thicken.
6. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil, and stir well to incorporate.
7. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
8. Pour the sauce over cooked penne pasta, add the chicken and mix well.
9. Add parsley and extra parmesan, and mix again.
10. Enjoy!
