1 Medium onion 1/2 c Olive oils 5 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Soy sauce 2 tb Minced fresh parsley 5 1/2 tb Minced fresh ginger 1 tb Ground cumin 1 tb Chili powder 2 ts Sherry 1 ts Turmeric 1 ts Dried oregano 1 ts Coursely ground pepper 2 Large garlic clove 4 lb Flank steak Mix frist 13 ingredients in large bowl. Divide marinade mixture between 2 large shallow baking dishes. Add steaks to marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill steaks to desired degree of doneness, about 8 minutes on each side. Heat marinade in saucepan. Cut steaks diaganally into thin slices. Pour some marinade over . Garnish with cilantro and serve.

MOROCCAN SPICE LAMB LEG ROAST . This beautiful Roasted leg is very simple but most flavourful meal. The fragrant and mellow spice rub marinate infused is simply fabulous . The warm spices like roasted cumin & coriander give intensely taste. I shared the quickest way to cook lamb leg in a less than half of time , it usually takes. . . . Ingredients;;; Lamb leg : 1 & half kg Coriander seeds: 1 & half tbsp (roasted & crushed) Cumin seeds: 1 & half tbsp (roasted & crushed) Turmeric powder: 1 tsp Cinnamon powder: 1 tsp Smoked paprika: 1tbsp Garlic: 7/8 cloves Saffron: pinch Chilli flakes: 1 tbsp Black pepper: 1 tbsp Salt: 1 & half tsp Olive oil: 1/3 cup Lemon juice: 30 ml (2 tbsp) Butter: 50g Mint & coriander: 1/4 cup chopped . . . Note: You can slow roast this for 7 to 8 hours in slow cooker. Overnight marination is always good idea. If baking in oven, bake for 4 hours at 180c
