How To make Grilled Red Pepper Butter
1 Red bell pepper roasted seed
1 Jalapeno pepper roasted seed
2 Shallots, peeled and minced
1 ts Minced garlic
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1 tb Dijon mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 lb Butter, softened
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER with the softened butter. Place the butter on a sheet of plastic wrap or wax paper, and form it into a cylinder. Place in the refrigerator to harden. To serve, cut pats from the log, and place on top of grilled fish, poultry or meat. Makes 16 pats. NOTE: The butter can be made up to 3 days in advance, or it can be frozen for up to a month.

Here is a perfect brunch recipe! This delicious Roasted Pepper Butter Bread will make your weekend brunch a special one.
Homemade Roasted Pepper Butter Bread
Ingredients
For the Homemade Butter:
2 cups heavy cream
Pinch of salt
For the Roasted Pepper Butter Bread:
1 cup butter
6-7 cloves roasted garlic (mashed)
1/2 cup roasted red and yellow pepper (diced) (you can add a red chili pepper if you love the spicy flavor)
1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
1/4 cup kalamata olives (diced)
1/4 cup parmesan
For the Butter Breads:
2 ciabatta
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Arugula
Instructions
Preparing the Homemade Butter:
Pour the heavy cream into a bowl, using an electric mixer or stand mixer (or you can use a butter churner), and beat the cream until the fat solids separate from the liquid for about 10-12 min as in the video. (Using the butter churner is fun, but of course, electric/stand mixer gives faster results.)
Preparing the Roasted Pepper Butter:
In a medium bowl, add the room temperature butter, garlic, roasted pepper, fresh basil, olives and parmesan, and mix until everything is combined.
Cut the bread in half horizontally and spread the butter over the bread evenly. Add some shredded mozzarella or parmesan.
Preheat the oven to 400F. Bake the breads for 14-15 min until toasted to golden brown.
Serve warm.
