6 ounces salmon fillets
brushed with oil 2 tablespoons honey 2 pinches Dry Coleman's Mustard 2 tablespoons water :
warm 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 pinch salt
to taste 1 pinch black pepper :
to taste STEP ONE: Honey-Mustard Glaze
In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, water, and soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. STEP TWO: Prepare the Salmon Fillet:
Brush one six-ounce salmon fillet lightly with oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes. Turn the fish over carefully only once to mark the surface; cook to desired texture. Brush flesh sid e of fish with glaze before removing from grill. Serve at once.

Ingredients 1 1/2 lbs fresh salmon filet skin on 1 thick (See Note 1) 2 tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions Preheat oven to 300°F. In a small bowl whisk together the glaze ingredients and set aside. Rinse the salmon fillet(s) and pat dry. Brush the olive oil over the salmon on both sides - keeping skin on. Season with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat place salmon, flesh side down, in and cook until well browned, about 1 minute. Carefully flip the salmon with tongs or spatula and cook on skin side for 1 minute. Transfer skillet to oven and cook until center of thickest part of fillets registers 125°F on thermometer, 7 to 10 minutes depending on thickness. Remove from oven and baste with glaze. Serve immediately.

For the marinade, combine the following: - 1/4 cup honey - 1/4 cup corse ground mustard - 1/4 cup olive oil - 1 tbsp minced garlic - 1 tsp each: salt, pepper, paprika
Coat the salmon with the marinade, let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so, then cook at 350 degrees, indirect heat until 135-140 internal temperature
Honey Dijon Salmon
Ingredients:
2 Salmon filets (8 oz each)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon seafood seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons Honey
1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Minced fresh sage
1/4 teaspoon Minced fresh rosemary
Slurry: 1 tsp cornstarch 2 tsps water (use what you need, not all)
