beef, ground, lean

egg

bread, crumbs, dried
MUSHROOM FILLING:
12
oz
mushrooms, canned, pieces, drained
1/4-1/2
teaspoon
basil
1
salt, to taste
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and divide into 4 sections. Make a giant hamburger with each section. Place 1/4 mushroom mixture on half of each hamburger, leaving a 1-inch edge. Fold meat over filling and firmly seal the edges with a fork. Broil about 10 minutes, turning meat only once.
Serves 4.

Meat Pies Using Canned Biscuits
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 onion
1 garlic clove
1 lb ground beef
1tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 small carrot
1 small potatoes
1 tbsp flour
1 can biscuits
**** I said slurry then decided to just toss in the flour. Sorry for the false advertisement.****
if baking from frozen, lower temperature 25゚degrees from biscuit package directions. Your biscuits should bake up beautifully Brown.

Mini Beef Turnovers are a fantastic appetizer for a casual or formal party, movie night, or tailgate. The beef and cheese filling in a bubbly golden brown wonton wrapper make the perfect snack or hors d'euvres that's sure to please your guests.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg wonton wrappers
- Corn oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix first six ingredients (ground beef through egg) with your hands. Set aside.
2. Fill each wonton wrapper with 1 tbsp of beef, onion and cheese mixture.
3. Moisten edges of wonton wrappers, fold into triangles and pinch edges closed.
4. Heat about one inch of oil in a large skillet.
5. Fry turnovers in oil until golden brown on both sides.
6. Remove turnovers with slotted spoon and place on paper towel to drain before serving.
